Called Ongaro because we needed to install an electric hot water heater in our ADU and, separately, install an EV charger on the outside of our house adjacent to our driveway. Ongaro sent Chris Campbell within a day. Chris performed a detailed review of our situation, took a large number of photos and a video, coordinated with the plumbing side of Ongaro, and took the time to answer all of my many questions. Ongaro is lucky to have Chris on their team.

My water heater kicked. It was beyond its lifespan.
O&S blew me away with their professionalism, timely execution, Knowledge, communication, and general ease to work with.
They answered all my questions about switching from gas to electric and made sure I was informed about the process.
The removal of old and instal of my new water heater only took a few hours and they did it early Monday morning after I scheduled on a Friday!

These guys are my new go to company for all my heating and ac needs. After having a nightmare of a time with my home warranty company. Who send out a contractor that did not complete a job and left my daughter and I without heat for the last 6 months and then went out of business. I decided to call Ongaro and Sons based on there reviews. Brandon came out to my house and with in two short visit I'm up and running again and now will have AC for the summer months. Ongaro's Kevin Speaker provided us great service. He was here for annual maintenance on our AC unit and when I bemoaned that the master bedroom never got as warm or as cold as the rest of the house when furnace or AC was on. He noted that the built-in wood floor registers were constricting the flow but that there was enough airflow. He recommended installing better more open floor registers. Since he installed the new more open registers the temperature has improved in the room.!
