unreliable. said they would show between a period of time but just no-showed. when I called an hour after their window they said they were running late and wanted to come in another 2 hours. poor communication. I can't wait for 4 hours for someone to give me an estimate. I'm sure this is indicative of the rest of their work so I canceled them coming out. would not trust this vendor. would not use. be warned.

Recent work with Mike and his team. Recommended by another trusted contractor who I worked with in the past. Mike and his team replaced a high ceiling fan for us in our living room and replaced a bathroom fan in our guest room. He was very responsive to my calls, professional and quick with replies via texts; got the job done efficiently. I appreciated that he made sure to work with our schedule, answered my questions honestly and ensured that the guys did a great job. Thanks Mike for a great experience and the replacements are great!

The five stars are for Mike's service. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it for me. As for the company I would give it one star at best. Why? To say the cost was exorbitant, would be to say the least. Mike spent approximately 30 minutes testing the circuit, determining the problem was a fault circuit interrupter outlet, and replacing the outlet. The cost for this service was $475!! In retrospect, I should have asked for and received an estimate for the work to be performed. If I had, I would have not, repeat, I would have not had One and Only performed the service.

Half of my house had no electricity. Did not know of an electrician so I called One &Only. They sent out their technicians immediately. They had to add 2 circuits. Which they did right then. They were very professional installing the circuit breakers and cleaned up after themselves. We had electricity restored within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
