Half of my house had no electricity. Did not know of an electrician so I called One &Only. They sent out their technicians immediately. They had to add 2 circuits. Which they did right then. They were very professional installing the circuit breakers and cleaned up after themselves. We had electricity restored within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

this company was sent by our home warranty but did not hear them knocking. I tried arranging another app and a rude employee said they could not come back. After checking with the home warranty called them back and she said 30 days had passed, even though that was not the case.

Didn't show up or call for my first appointment. I had to call to find out where they were only to find out they weren't coming. I gave them another chance and made a second appointment. Very hard to understand and communicate with the person they sent out to give a quote. Didn't ask to see where I wanted the new wires, didn't want to see the attic that they had to go into, didn't want to see anything. I didn't have much faith in the quote, which I found to be very low after getting quotes from other companies. We ended up using someone else.

Jeremy did an excellent job changing 30 recessed lights to LED lights. Jeremy and his brother were very quick and efficient. They cleaned up everything. I have 2 issues one is with the original estimate they gave me. Ethan came to my condo and knew exactly what types of lights I had. i was quoted a price based on his assessment. After they were already installing the lights Mike determined that the 7 CFLs would be extra. That should have been assessed initially. I ended up paying an additional $700 over the original estimate. The 2nd issue I was not given a choice of recessed lighting styles and lighting color tones. I should have been given options. I am not sure I would use them again as I think they come in with a low estimate and then find a reason to charge more.

This company was assigned to me by Fidelity Home Warranty. Ethan came out and within seconds said my electric problem was not covered by the warranty. He then asked for money to assure my follow up appointment to fix the problem. He sent out two guys that searched around the attic and crawl space. After running up more than a thousand dollars of charges they said they fixed it. After I paid within a day the problem reappeared. When I asked for a refund they blocked me.

I asked Fidelity to send out another company and that electrician said the problem was covered and he fixed it in five minutes.

Needed a ceiling fan replace and one and only called right away to setup appointment. Came right on time very friendly and professional,used plastic wrap o cover floor very neat and clean quickly completed the job cleaned up and took out the old fan. Would use them again for any other job.

My home warranty company used this company. Not only were they able to repair my electrical system they were also able to recommend and repair issues that I wasn't aware of. I could have had an electrical fire, thanks for their knowledge and work I have no more problems. Yes will use again with or without my home warranty.
