I was in the market to have an EVSE (electric car charger) installed in my home for my plug-in hybrid vehicle and future EV. I obtained several quotes but what gravitated me toward On Point is their Yelp reviews and photos showing they have lots of experience installing these units.

Phil came out for a quote the same day I reached out. He is licensed and very knowledgeable in his field and in EVSE units and explained the installation thoroughly. The quote was very reasonable and the install date was contingent on when I would receive the unit I purchased in the mail. Phil kept in touch and even let me know he had an opening before my install date which I accepted since I had the unit in hand.

Phil and Nate told me the game plan, worked quickly and efficiently and were enthusiastic throughout the process. They installed a 60 amp breaker and hard-wired the unit to the wall. They communicated with me any potential issues which were mitigated.

I am very happy with the level of service and quality of the install. Thank you guys!

Our smoke alarm kept going off and we couldn't even cook or use our toaster. I called and Mike came out and quickly changed and wired up a new one that same day. Even though the alarm was only 2 years old with a warranty of ten years it was a loud problem.

He showed me the warranty on the new alarm and gave me the box. He answered all of our questions and we are happy to cook again in peace!!! Thanks Mike !! Great job!! Kathy and family

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I reached out to a lot of electric companies on yelp for an estimate on replacing all of the outlets and light switches in a house I just purchased and most either never answered, were very slow with responding, or would not give me an estimate.

On Point was the only place that got back to me promptly and scheduled a walkthrough to give me an estimate.

Phil's estimate was fair and after the work was done, I paid exactly what I was estimated for the work.

He went above and beyond and even fixed some of the old coaxial and telephone ports around the house too.

I also had him add an extra outlet in my kitchen and install some new retrofit LED bulbs in my living room.

The price is fair, the work ethic is great, the work is done in a timely manner, and everyone I have spoken too at this business has been very friendly.

I cannot see myself ever working with another electric company.

Phil contacted me almost immediately through email and phone calls after I left my review that no one contacted me. He apologized for the non-response. I am a businessman as well, and I understand that sometime we screw up, and it's happenned to me. What's important is that he owned up to it, and contacted me immediately. Unfortunately, we hired someone else already, but I'm sure Phil would be great, based on the ratings on Yelp.
