On Point, is the perfect name to describe these guys! They specialize in EV charger installs- which I didn't know- I thought I was just getting a general electrician, but these guys are the guys for EV charger installs. They sent over a EV specialist, Nate- who goes above and beyond. I would recommend On Point to anyone!

I am updating my review of On Point Electric. I had initially called on Monday to get a quote for some work we needed to get done. Since I hadn't heard from them I was a bit miffed. Wednesday, a gal from the office saw my number on the caller ID, told me she it came in as potential spam and deleted my message without listening to it. She apologized profusely and got me an appointment for someone to come out in 2 days. Sure enough, 2 days later Mike showed up and did everything we wanted done.

Phil and his company did an excellent job of replacing ten old cfl can lights with modern LEDs in my entry way and kitchen (vaulted ceilings) and above my outside entryway. They also replaced an external side door light and ceiling fan. We even surprised him with a switch change and when the switch we had turned out to be the wrong one Phil went and picked one up and installed it for a very fair price. Then the day after the fan install the fan would not start up nor would the associated light work. We called Phil and he came out the same day, diagnosed the problem (manufacturer defective remote/receiver) and hardwired the fan/light to the wall switch for temporary use. Upon receiving the replacement part from the manufacturer within a couple days Phil came back and wired in the replacement receiver. There was no charge for these two additional visits. Thanks Phil! On Point Electric will be my go to for all my electrical needs and I highly recommend them.

On Point Electric has come and helped me twice with more than reasonable rates. First, Phil did an excellent job installing an outlet for our new electric vehicle. Scheduling an appointment was seamless, Phil was quick but methodical with his work, and their overall customer service was phenomenal. Later, when our laundry room light stopped working, I called On Point and they were able to send Mike to fix the problem before I could say ""electric."" Highly, highly, highly recommend this company for their rare combination of value, expertise, and professional service.

I'm not good at mixing words, however, folks if you need to call an electrition this is the one to call first. I made the mistake of calling a different company first and getting the run-around. Please don't just take my word for it read the reviews like I wished I did before calling the other guys. On Point Electric will be my go-to from now on and in this old a## house we live in I am sure it will be sooner than later.

I was in the market to have an EVSE (electric car charger) installed in my home for my plug-in hybrid vehicle and future EV. I obtained several quotes but what gravitated me toward On Point is their Yelp reviews and photos showing they have lots of experience installing these units.

Phil came out for a quote the same day I reached out. He is licensed and very knowledgeable in his field and in EVSE units and explained the installation thoroughly. The quote was very reasonable and the install date was contingent on when I would receive the unit I purchased in the mail. Phil kept in touch and even let me know he had an opening before my install date which I accepted since I had the unit in hand.

Phil and Nate told me the game plan, worked quickly and efficiently and were enthusiastic throughout the process. They installed a 60 amp breaker and hard-wired the unit to the wall. They communicated with me any potential issues which were mitigated.

I am very happy with the level of service and quality of the install. Thank you guys!

Our smoke alarm kept going off and we couldn't even cook or use our toaster. I called and Mike came out and quickly changed and wired up a new one that same day. Even though the alarm was only 2 years old with a warranty of ten years it was a loud problem.

He showed me the warranty on the new alarm and gave me the box. He answered all of our questions and we are happy to cook again in peace!!! Thanks Mike !! Great job!! Kathy and family
