We are nearing completion of a kitchen renovation and have had quality and technical issues with the work our General Contractor has completed. Outlets were moved by his sub to accommodate new appliances and being skeptical and nervous we decided to have it inspected. This my third time having O'Hagan come do some work in my somewhat older townhome that I bought a little over two years ago. Last Friday around 5:30pm the power went out in my daughter's bedroom upstairs and also the adjoining hallway. I looked at the circuit box and it looked like one switch had flipped but would not stay in place when I tried to re-set it.

I called O'Hagan the next morning (Saturday)...they answered the phone right away...and they offered to come the same day. Sunday actually worked better for us so we scheduled our appointment for then.

Steve kept me informed by text on his anticipated arrival time and arrived well within the time slot window. It turns out we had met Steve on our last job when he installed three ceiling fan boxes and fans with Ben. I was very happy with their work, so was glad to see Steve again.

Steve was able to find the problem and soon had our lights working again. I also showed him some other work I was interested in having done and he gave me an estimate right there on what he could do that same day. He replaced the plugs in my daughter's room with new and installed a whole new plug (socket) in my master closet. He also switched out an older GFCI plug in the half bath.

We then discussed getting an estimate for some future work: get my garage fridge on a proper outlet that he will install, add a GFCI to a couple other locations, upgrade lighting in my downstairs coat closet that I want to turn into a pantry, and also upgrade the canned spotlights throughout the house that are not the same. He immediately sent me an estimate so I can plan for that. He even attached pictures to the receipt for work done and to the estimate for future work.

One thing I always like about O'Hagan is that they are on time and efficient but also pause to patiently listen to me and my questions. I know what the end result is that I want but I'm not always sure how to get there. I consider us a team to get the best results that are within my budget. They are always neat and clean up the work area, and I find their work to be great quality

I absolutely will continue to work with O'Hagan and highly recommend them. I am thrilled to have found a company I can depend on.

Simply outstanding! An outlet was literally melting, we contacted O'Hagan and Stephen walked us through things to do (turn off breaker, etc) while we was shifting his schedule around so he could come to our house. He was there within an hour. I can't say enough positive things about him. He was able to resolve the issue quickly and we'll definitely be calling him and his team back. So grateful that he was working on a Sunday, was so responsive and was also very knowledgeable explaining things along the way.
