We had some problems with outdoor lights. Stephen and team came out and fixed the problem in about 15-30 minutes. I've used O'Hagan Electric on 3 separate occasions and they've always come through. It's always been an easy process. Schedule appointment, diagnose, fix and pay.

Saxon came quickly to fix a horrendous house wide flickering of our lights and to check our ground wire after a cable tech disengaged it. Prompt, professional, friendly he kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. When the project became bigger the boss himself Steven came out to assist. Knowledgeable, honest, forthright he gave me options for a complete repair. We've hired O Hagan to do more work. Very impressed and very satisfied.

I had O'Hagan out to my rental property to fix a problem with the wall outlets. They charged there $49 service charge. They couldn't find the problem. Then sent a estimate for almost 5 grand. I had a buddies electrician friend come out he found the problem in 5-10 mins. these guys are con artists I would not recommend using them.

The $49 was totally worth the risk to assess the work required and offered options. Hired them to do the job and they were prompt, communicated well, were very accommodating and flexible to make changes on the fly, and came in at a great price.

Alex and Tristan were timely (actually early which worked better for me), thorough, super efficient, and probably most importantly genuinely nice guys. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

The gentlemen that came to our house were competent and polite. However, the whole $49 to come and diagnose/inspect the issue is BS. If they hadn't given me that lie when I booked the appointment it would have been a completely different experience. Our problem was addressed and fixed, but everyone should know that the $49 pitch is just not real. I would venture to guess that there are many skilled electricians that offer a competent, polite, and HONEST repair service.

We need some repair on landscaping lights in the backyard. Steve is very responsive when we contacted him. Saxon, technician had given us his evaluation after examining the old lights. He is very honest with his findings and suggestions. Unfortunately we didn't use his service since it would be a big job tearing up the concrete in the backyard which Saxon didn't suggest to do it. He suggested us an alternative which is less evasive. We will definitely use his service in the future.

Third and last visit to get my entire outdoor lighting, fountains, walkways, power boxes, etc. replaced and all in working order. Today was the front yard! Off a different control box which was caput! Alex trouble shot and rewired everything and now just a flip of a switch from inside my home, and we have lights again! Can't believe I waited so long, but, am extremely happy with Alex's professionalism and attention to every nuance. If anyone asks me how O'Hagan worked out 4 me, I'll be sure and give great feedback.
