Called for for two power drops for an AC install at our house. Received a quick call back. Tom is very professional and competent, and I don't mind paying more for great work and service, as long as the cost is not materially different. We're using another contractor for this job because it is significant ($1000's) and the difference was material.

That said, O'Connor was very quick to respond, very professional, and really know what they are doing. I would consider them for future projects - it's hard to find contractors in SV who know what they are doing and provide good service.

I've used O'Connor & Sons in the past and just recently last week. Tom O'Connor is always accommodating and comes out the day I call to take a look at the problem. This electrical problem was quite complicated. After Tom's assessment, he scheduled the work to be done the next day. The electrician came out and did a beautiful job replacing wires and also fixing a problem he found with a faulty wiring system put in by someone else. I will definitely use O'Connor and Sons again and would encourage others to do so as well.

We've had Tom look into a few problems for us, and in both cases, we found Julien and him to be very responsive, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure they do the right thing for our situation.

Most recently, Tom and Julien helped us figure out the best way to pull in more power for a new AC unit. They helped us estimate various options (ranging from upgrading out panel, to shuffling around a few things on our existing panel), and came back to check on things after the AC unit was installed, just to make sure things were working properly. It is clear that they take pride in their work, which is of great quality. We'd be happy to call them again if we need electrical work done.
