Jim got back to me within 10 minutes and was able to come out the next morning. Very helpful and professional. Aussie was my service tech and he was very helpful and showed me what he did. I would highly recommended them and will use them again.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. Had Jim out yesterday. He arrived late. Seemed a bit disorganized. Apparently, someone else was originally scheduled to come out. I guess they got tied up elsewhere.

Jim did nothing other than ""checkout"" the problems I'm having. Declared that he was ""too old"" to crawl under my deck to check the wiring, there. He checked the power in a couple of outlets, in the house. That was it.

I had expected the job to be completed the same day, since they were supposed to be here originally between 2 and 3pm. I believe Jim showed up around 4:30pm.

As he left, he scheduled me for today, between 2 and 3pm.

Well, at 3:20pm I had heard nothing from him. I texted and asked, ""Hey Jim. Is someone coming?"". He texted back, ""No, Were still held up for the rest of the day at our large job"". I texted back, ""So, you're blowing me off?"". Never heard a word from him.

COULD HE BE MORE UNCARING AND UNPROFESSIONAL?

Guess a small job doesn't interest him. Wish he had said that, on the spot ... rather than tying me up all day ... for the second day.
My goodness. It takes a lot to cause me to post a negative review. But Jim's behavior was totally unacceptable. Beware!

I'm writing this review as another electrician, from a reputable company ... Green Electric ... is performing the work. Came out within a half hour and has everything I need, on his truck. THE WAY IT SHOULD BE DONE!

Needed two recessed lights installed and a swap out of a wall switch timer; minimal drywall work, just ensuring the 4"" holes were cut large enough, no patching needed--a relatively simple job. I bought a couple retrofit cans that take light bulbs as those are the ones I like. The workers were on time, and arrived at 8:02 am, and were cordial. However the install didn't go well. The tabs that hold the can up flush with the drywall did not seem to be properly installed, so the cans sagged, and the worker had to add screws into the cans and into the beams in the ceiling. He complained about these types of cans and said the LED retrofit were the only way to go. The wall switch install went great. The final work looked fine, I'm mostly disappointed with the extra screws needed to keep the cans flush. They also brought two people and charged double the quoted hourly, though luckily the job only took them one hour, so total two man hours were paid.

I was in a huge bind to get all of my antique chandeliers taken down for our move. Jim at OC Pro squeezed us in and finished the job top notch. For those with antiques, this is not an easy job and you will appreciate their professionalism. 5 star recommendation!

I reached out to four electricians on Yelp including one that I have used in the past. All of their quotes were higher than Jim's quote. I selected OC Pro Electric to install a floodlight and an exterior outlet. Mark arrived on time and quickly got everything installed in a timely manner. He was professional and the quality of work was good. I will plan on using them again for my next electrical job around the house.

First off, most of the contractors I have tried to use in the past either dont show or are late. Not so with these guys. Rick showed up exactly at 9am like he said he would. I needed a couple of light switches changed, mainly reducing the number of switches in the box. The box by the front door had 4 switches and I have no clue what 2 of them do, even after living here for 30 years. We cut it down to 2, and after Rick left I went to turn on the kitchen lights and they did not work. Apparently they were connected to the switch by the front door, which nobody could have known. I called the owner Jim and he said they would be right back. And within a half hour Rick was back and fixed the problem. The problem was easily fixed and about an hour later Jim called me again to make sure I was happy. How many contractors ever do this? The rates were very reasonable but most important, and what a lot of contractors dont get, the service was the best. I will use them for all my electrical from now on.
