The garage lights stopped working after I extended from the light fixture. It worked for a couple of days and that section of lights went out. I looked in the Yelp for help. OC PRO was available the earliest and their pricing was very reasonable compared to others. Scheduling was easy and simple. And Osvaldo came right on time the next day. He spent some time diagnosing what the issue was and after finding out the issue, it was fixed right away. He explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it in detail.

Like 30min after Osvaldo leaving, I mistakenly thought the Tesla charger started to having a problem (I had blocked the charger schedule from App but thought it had to do with the fix). The owner, Jim, called me like 4 times to ask me questions and checking with me what was done, making sure that it is taken care of. Later I found out the settings in the Tesla app and after disabling the scheduled charger block (previously I had set it to block from 5-8pm every day which prevented the car from charging), and it started to charge fine. But that communications and following up really impressed me.

I strongly recommend these guys to anyone who need an electrician.

Great service! I was stumped when I failed on a switch replacement. Jim responded to my request for help within minutes with the most reasonable price of several responders. A courteous and skilled tech arrived within two hours and located a broken wire deep inside the wall that he fixed within an hour. Very pleased.

Flawless experience with this company. Easy to get quotes through Yelp. Great communication. Scheduled within my needs, then reached out offering to come early when they had a cancellation. Didn't take them up on rescheduling - they showed up EXACTLY on time with a two-man team. Found the problem (something I did wrong when wiring an outlet) and fixed it fast. Checked thoroughly to find out if I might have made any other similar mistakes on other outlets I had replaced. Asked if I needed anything else done since I was paying for an hour of time, and addressed that quickly as well. Even replaced a missing switch cover plate without charging me.

Oh, did I mention their service call pricing was probably the lowest of anyone with good reviews on Yelp?

They made sure to explain what I'd done wrong clearly so I wouldn't make same mistake again. Polite, friendly, clean, prompt, fast, and good pricing. Literally not a single complaint. They made sure to mention I should get my panel replaced, and no surprise they had very good pricing quoted there too.

I've found my new ""go-to"" electrician and will be recommending OC PRO to everyone I know who needs such services.
