We recently had a little electrical emergency late in the day and called all the companies nearby. Some offered appointments 2-4 weeks later. Some never called back. Jason was the only one that made himself available the very next day. He's kind and very knowledgeable and would share tips and tricks with us during the inspection. For any electrical issue, I call NSW, the only people I trust. I found Jason to fix an issue at my parents house and use him exclusively now. He will hang those light fixtures too! I cannot stress enough how hard it is to find good people! It's good to know that I no longer search for an electrician. Call NSW with confidence. The service is great and the work is too! Pricing is reasonable. Communication is outstanding! You won't be sorry you used them.

No mask! Then excuses starts oh I am sorry this ceiling is too high. He wants me to charge extra $200.00 because of height. That was not enough and he started blame on me that I sent a picture with four light fixtures so he needs to charge more.

I talked to him on the phone and stated that I have four light fixtures and one ceiling fan needs to be installed. I sent him pictures and clearly five item on the pictures.

Do not trust this company. They don't keep their word. Terrible experience.

I had a perfect experience working with Jason Liu at NSW Maintenance, Inc! Jason installed my Ring Pro, two outside security video/ lights and a new kitchen light fixture. Jason made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure I ordered the correct equipment for my home. Everything installed worked on the very first try.
