I had a perfect experience working with Jason Liu at NSW Maintenance, Inc! Jason installed my Ring Pro, two outside security video/ lights and a new kitchen light fixture. Jason made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and he made sure I ordered the correct equipment for my home. Everything installed worked on the very first try. Jason is a good communicator, attentive to details and responds to calls! Everything went perfectly. I will use Jason again and highly recommend him to others looking for the best electrician!

Had a really good experience today with NSW. Jason was able to fit my small electrical service (repairing circuit breaker) within a very short time after calling him, he performed and explained to me what the repair required and charged a very reasonable price. Jason was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and responsive to our request for a quote. He was able to schedule the work within a few days. Due to anticipated bad weather on our scheduled day, he squeezed us in after two other appointments on a Saturday and stayed until the work was done. We anticipate that we will need to do more electrical work in the future and will definitely call him again when the time comes.

NSW, and it's owner Jason, are excellent! Honest, knowledgeable and personable are the 3 outstanding attributes that immediately come to mind. The prices are very fair. My job turned out to take much longer than anticipated, due to substandard work of a previous electrician. Jason had to trouble shoot the situation and honorably charged me that same originally quoted price. I had him do two other minor items that same day which were also fairly priced. Jason has pride in his work and workmanship and that seems to be in short supply with many craftsmen and contractors today. Highly recommended!!!

This is a revision of my initial review of NSW. After some mis communication with Jason, he and His assistant Mo spent today at my house addressing a number of electrical issues.
Jason knows his stuff and both he and Mo put in a good days work, did a good job, and explained what they were doing along the way.

NSW Electrical Maintenance has helped me in more ways than none. My power been off for the last two days call ConEdison they told me basically power is coming in and they said call a electrician which I called NSW they found that my main breaker in the my panel is faulty so they recommend a panel swap now everything works. I would use them again and for the future

Jason is the best! I called on a Monday Bc my air conditioner was blowing a fuse and I got so scared maybe was something wrong with the wiring of my old house that we just purchased two weeks ago.... Jason came the next day and he was so honest and helpful about the situation and he ended coming Friday to fix the problem... he is so hands on and quick! I highly recommend hire him for any type of electrical.

Called Jason with a bad breaker that kept tripping. He came over, quickly diagnosed the problem and took steps to not only fix the problem, but also to make sure the problem didn't reoccur.
