Once again - Jason to my rescue!!! Late last night my microwave suddenly went 'dark' - then I noticed the drop-in gas stove did not show the time either - so Jason is on his way over to check things out...

His service and willingness to do whatever it takes - makes him a remarkable person in my book!!!

Jason and I purchased vehicles from the same dealership and the same salesman. Since mine was an EV I required having a home charger installed. Though we'd never met our salesman highly recommended Jason. We spoke on the phone and agreed on a date and time for the installation. Jason's employee Richard was dispatched to my home and from the initial introduction I knew I was gonna like Richard. He was personable, friendly, efficent, and one of the most interesting people I'd met in a long time. After I finished delaying him he got to work and in no time the charger was installed. It looked as if was built with my house. It's rare these days with all the divisions in our world to meet and do business with honest, professional, and ethical people. I already have and will continue to recommend NSW Electrical to anyone that asks for a good electrician. My man Richard is the type of guy you'd like to sit down and have a beer with and just share ideas. Even though Jason and I have never formally met in person I feel like I've developed a real rapport with some good old down-home folk.

Jason is the greatest! I texted him two days ago requesting a chandelier to be hung at my house, he responded quickly and provided me the price after I sent him pictures of the light fixture and the ceiling. His price is VERY affordable and 2 days after my initial text, he had a partner out to my home to set it up! His partner was very friendly and hung up my chandelier perfectly! Will add photos soon to this review! Thank you so much for the quick response and quick/easy set up! I am planning to order more light fixtures and I'll only be contacting Jason and using his company from now on!

Purchased a 40 year old home in my move to Texas, sight unseen. NSW was there for me from the beginning. They were recommended by my realtor. It can be difficult to find good references when you are new to a state or area. These fellows are tremendous. They came out and went through everything noted in my inspection to ensure we were safe and sound. Then they went above and beyond adding some ""nice to haves"" like laundry room and closet lights. I have contacted them with general electrical questions after their work was done and they always take the time to offer a suggestion that has always worked out. My Dad was an electrician and I have a great appreciation for their knowledge and willingness to be communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work. They demonstrate what every company should provide and what every consumer is looking for- honesty, integrity and good work.

Jason did an amazing job connecting my generator to my circuit breaker. He even sent me tutorial videos along with hands on training on how to use the generator if we were to lose power. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs electrical work!

For any electrical issue, I call NSW, the only people I trust. I found Jason to fix an issue at my parents house and use him exclusively now. He will hang those light fixtures too!
