Dealing with Dmitry and ""V"" was a pleasure. ""V"" showed up on time and conducted himself with professionalism and made sure we were happy with the height of the lighting he was installing. Cleaned as much as we allowed him too, haha, as he was being very thorough.
The agreed amount was very good to compare with some of the other folks we spoke too.
We will most assuredly use these folks for any other projects we have planned.

I had service to remove an old Ring doorbell and camera that wasn't working any more. Dmitrii was easy to get scheduled for the next day. he arrived on time, was very professional, was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing my new Ring doorbell. I purchased the wrong wall plate for the Ring, but Dmitrii was able to install my wall plate and make it look excellent. Extremely professional and thorough. We hired Dimitri to fix two electrical outlets, add a new outlet box as well as connect lights in the garage to a light switch. All of these jobs were assessed and estimated quickly, and then the jobs were completed all within one day. The price estimated seemed fair and comparable to other estimates we had received. One of the outlets they fixed continued to have issues after they left, and that's when we realized that it was connected to a random light switch on the other side of the kitchen, Dimitri came back and confirmed that there was no easy fix, and then refunded us for the repair on that outlet without us even having to ask. I would absolutely recommend this company for any electrical repairs and I know I will be using them in the future.

We had Dmitrii come out to help with some outlets that were no longer working in our kitchen. He investigated and it turned out to be a shot circuit which he then replaced after going to Home Depot to get the proper replacement. Dmitrii was upfront about cost, and he was very courteous and efficient. We'll definitely use him and North West Alarms again for electrical needs going forward.
