He provided explanation of the EV charging requirements I would need based on vehicle type and educated us on various options available. Yesterday afternoon I got a call saying they were 20 minutes away. I thought it was from the electrician who had made a 1PM appointment. By coincidence, a rep from this company was nearby at the designated time. (The man who actually had made an appointment came and left because of the confusion.) After scoping out the job, the NWA man acknowledged that he had not made an appointment, said goodbye and said to look for a written estimate in an email last night. I watched, and it never came. I asked again for the estimate this morning. It came with apologies that he had gotten busy the day before so had not done it on time last night. It turned out to be far more complicated and several hundred dollars more than a competing bid from a company with excellent communication. Of course I went with the competitor.

Vitalik and Dimitri installed 3 fans during a evening in my place it went ok for most of it and I recommend their services. I would remove one star, because there was a hole made in the master room that ended up bigger than needed.
I decided to close myself that hole to avoid a longer installation time but i do believe they would fix themselves but it was already 11pm so that shows their commitment so I will keep 5 stars. They are hard workers for sure and will work their way to finish the job. Overall happy and recommend.

Dmitrii helped me with installing the Tesla Wall Charger in my condo. I was impressed with his attention to detail and analysis, especially regarding the feasibility of the job. My panel was at capacity and required a Demand Charge Controller (DCC) to do the load based switching. Dmitrii read up on the specifications and helped with choosing the model (DCC-10) based on my requirements. The job was tricky, but he was able to complete it with minimal intrusion, with cable management through the dry wall. I was extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him for your electrical needs!

Dmitri came responded and came out to troubleshoot my electrical problem quickly.

He was very methodical and traced back the electrical path of the my smoke detectors that were not being powered. He even climbed into the attic and found the problem which turned out to be a broken connection in the attic that he immediately corrected.

Dmitri was very nice and knowledgeable. Will be using him for all my future electrical needs.
