Excellent service. We had a switch failure on a Friday night--OK to deal with it overnight, but definitely something I wanted fixed ASAP. I get anxious about the possibility of loose wires in the walls.... Anyway, my usual electrician was unavailable, so I looked to YELP. Dmitri was so great--we communicated by YELP message for a while, then by text. I sent him photos and he was so helpful and friendly. He came by the next morning to replace the switch for a great price as agreed upfront. No ""add-ons-- just the flat rate which included all parts necessary. I definitely will call on Dmitri at North West Alarms for any electrical jobs we have at our humble abode.

I am so impressed with this company! They responded promptly, arrived on time, took down my old ceiling fan and installed a new one within 90 minutes or less. They even took my big old fan away to dispose of and removed all packaging, hauling their ladder, tools and everything else up and down 4 flights of stairs. Their price was amazingly reasonable too!
