My air conditioner broke right as a heat advisory was declared. Vigen came within 3 hours and fixed it. Luckily he had the parts or I would have had to wait a few days for him to return. All I can say is WOW. Vigen came out the same afternoon I called him. He quickly assessed the issue with my unit, gave me a more than fair bid and was able to complete the repair in less than an hour. Guy charged me twice the going rate, no formal write up or proposal. When I questioned his price he just said ""prices went up"". My fault for not getting a second estimate. Won't call him again. Why 2 stars instead of one? Because he did show up on time. He just kept trying to sell me a new unit. I'll be calling someone else Next time.

My tenants are happy and so am I. They have become my go to HVAC contractor of choice. Vigen(North Air) just left my house and I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to leave him and North Air a 5 Star Review. They were so pleasant when I called to inquire about immediate service of my air conditioning on a super hot day (101 degrees). North Air told me they could be at my house between 1-3 (same day!). They showed up at 1:50, explained all the pricing and went to work. At 2:30, I had cold air, amazing.
Vigen was so nice (as was his helper) and I am thrilled to recommend them without hesitation.

We're new to the area. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance. North Air was a no show and no phone call. Very disappointing. Not what I expected based on the reviews. Now I have to start my search over with move in date fast approaching.
