Vigen just completed installing a replacement 4 ton split unit at my rental property. Cal Climate still hasn't called me back yet. This is the second time that North Air has bailed me out. My tenants are happy and so am I. They have become my go to HVAC contractor of choice. When you are in a pinch it is comforting to know that they will answer their phones and try their best to help you out. I highly recommend this company.

Had a bad problem with an old unit on a hot day. Vigen came out, well after the day should have ended, and replaced a blower motor and cap. Somehow, he had everything I needed, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. I look forward to working with North Air on a new system in the future!

Just had repairmen out to my place for maintenance and a refill on my air conditioner. Excellent, prompt service. I called at 1, was told they would be here between 3 and 5.. They showed up at exactly 3pm!. Good price and good service. Thank you, North Air!

Vigen(North Air) just left my house and I couldn't get to my computer fast enough to leave him and North Air a 5 Star Review. They were so pleasant when I called to inquire about immediate service of my air conditioning on a super hot day (101 degrees). North Air told me they could be at my house between 1-3 (same day!). They showed up at 1:50, explained all the pricing and went to work. At 2:30, I had cold air, amazing.
Vigen was so nice (as was his helper) and I am thrilled to recommend them without hesitation.

We're new to the area. I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance. North Air was a no show and no phone call. Very disappointing. Not what I expected based on the reviews. Now I have to start my search over with move in date fast approaching.

This is the 3rd time I have used North Air for the various rentals that I manage. They have good customer service and have always shown up on the same day. Other companies I have used will make me wait for 3 or more days during a heat wave. At times, Vigen has gone beyond the call of duty and worked past normal business hours especially when we have had terrible heat waves. The company does quality work, so I would definitely recommend them.

Immediate response to call. Immediate service on a Saturday. Vigen was fantastic, and clearly knows his stuff. Quick to diagnose the problem and offer an honest assessment of what was needed to fix it. Hands-on show-and-tell explanation of the repair and advisement on what to do going forward so the unit works properly. We recently moved to Burbank, and I'm never calling anyone else going forward for my HVAC if this level of service (and Vigen) continues. Highly Recommended!
