We were in the process of selling our home and the home inspector discovered that we had CSST gas tubing and that it was not bonded and grounded as required by code. This was a big issue for the buyer and we needed to move quickly and confidently with a reputable and qualified electrician. I called Nisat and not only were they responsive but they took the time to answer my questions and concerns and were able to demonstrate that they had the expertise to resolve the issue. Nisat was at my home the next day to fix the issue. We decided to add whole home surge protection. Nick was very helpful and very honest. He could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a bill of goods but he instead, made solid recommendations that not only took care of the issues, he also helped me to spend my money wisely without going overboard. The work was done professionally and the inspector who came the next day said that he does not usually see the quality of work that was done on bonding and grounding the CSST. We called to have an estimate done on having our smoke alarms replaced. He came out and gave us a ridiculously high quote and no alternatives for a cheaper option. Further he charged us a lot just remove the smoke detectors and did not even check the wiring nor discuss the price with us before removing them. We went with someone else and paid less than half what he quoted for labor and materials. I can't speak to the quality of his work but if you want a job done at a reasonable price go elsewhere.

For the last 4 years we have used Nisat Electric for all of our electrical needs for our home.

His knowledge of the trade is outstanding (he has an electrical engineering background)! He has installed lights under our kitchen cabinets as well as above the cabinets after removing an inferior lighting and wiring system installed by the previous owner.

He has installed extra patio lighting for us with flood lights, Also he inspected our fire alarm system and replaced all the alarms in our home. We had him replace recessed lights with power saving extra long life bulbs in an 18 ft ceiling.

He also just recently repaired several amp breakers in our breaker box and installed a surge protection system for our entire home.

Nick Nisat is one of the nicest and most respectful people I have ever done business with.
He is very prompt and you will be treated with respect, kindness and appreciation for your business.

I had very good service from Nisat Electric the two previous times appointments were made so I called again for another job. An appointment was set last week to come out and install bathroom lighting. He was a no show on Saturday for the appointment with no call or attempt to re-schedule. Disappointing.

Our kitchen lights and outlets all went out. Despite terrible weather for the past 27 of 30 days (rain, flood, go away), Nick came out quickly. Since we had never used Nisat Electric before nor knew anyone who had, we were skeptical if he could do the job. We had trouble with the wiring for many years but the problem this time was just a faulty switch. But befor Nick left, he had not only replaced the switch but completely re-did all the bad wiring. Now, EVERTHING we had difficulty and inconvenience with for the past 11 years works BETTER THEN EVER. I've never been so happy paying someone for a FANTASTIC JOB! From the first time I contacted Nick over a year ago, until this past week when he's been here doing all the work I needed, it's been clear that he knows what he's doing, and really tries to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right. On top of his general professionalism, he is down-to-Earth, friendly, and he presents himself in a manner that made my wife and I feel very comfortable.

Our house is from the 1960s, and was in dire need of an electrical overhaul. We got a quote from Nick for putting in a new electrical panel, along with some other work we needed done. His rates were very competitive, and he was able to start work the next week. Scheduling with him was a breeze, without the ridiculous 4-hour windows we all are used to being told. He arrived promptly every day when he said he would.

The quality of his work is of the best I've seen. I'm the type who likes things over-engineered, and Nick made sure everything was up to my standards. We had him install a brand-new electrical panel, meter base, mast, numerous new outlets, inside and out, and underground power run to our pool. It's been over a week now since our work was done, and everything is working perfectly.

I highly recommend Nick. He's the owner of the company, and clearly takes pride in his work. He's fully licensed and insured, and is a member of the BBB.
