We also had a poor experience with regard to replacing smoke detectors. We inquired about having a wired smoke detector replaced and twice verifed total price for trip and the smoke detector. It was outrageous at $80 and they wanted $80 per smoke detector, no break on the 2nd or third one since they would already be here. They arrived on time and I told them we are only having one installed instead of multiples. So he proceeded to say, let me go to the truck to write up the invoice, I said we were given a price of $80 total. He said, ""we have a $69.00 inspection fee."" I said not in this house, take your ladder and leave."" thankfully they left peacefully.

My first experience with Nisat Electric was fantastic. I had a short in a closet light and called to schedule a visit. Sharon got back in touch with me to confirm the time. Nick showed up when Sharon said he would and he was courteous and professional. He explained everything he did and cleaned up before he left.

I was having a issue with my garage door and outlet in the garage. My house is not even 4 years old and I felt that I should not be having the issues that I was having. I called several companies to come out and look at the problem and give me an estimate on the cost and repair. Nick came out and looked over everything. He took the time to explain the problem that I was having in layman's language. I was also given options which you don't normal get Love that!!. His charges were very fair. Nick and his crew were very professional, they did outstanding work and quickly. I would highly recommend Nisat Electric to anyone.

Called. The woman answering the phone was driving and asked me to text information and said she would call us the next morning to get us on the schedule. No call the next day. Tried calling and texting with no response. Posted a note on their facebook back with this information. I received a text that we were outside their normal area and they deleted my comment. Very unprofessional.

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with Nick from Nisat Electric. This was a very pleasant experience. I had a light/fan that was blinking on and off and an outlet that was getting hot. These men that came out today were so polite and respectful. They worked hard and quick. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They gave me suggestions on electrical issues I was not aware of. They respected my home and furnishings. I have already texted all my friends, coworkers, and family to let them know of my pleasant experience.

I have used Nisat Electric twice now. The latest was just this wekeend when our house was struck by lightning. Nick (owner) came out within 45 minutes of my call, did a full house inspection, made repairs and installed surge protection all same day. He was exceptional. Fair price, good service and a genuinely good guy. He is my electrician going forward.

We needed 2 ceiling fans/heaters installed in two bathrooms. Had called several electricians and they only did new construction or big jobs. Nick came out the next day and installed them along with a new fire alarm and in the middle of checking found and repaired some lighting that was actually dangerous. Reasonable price, very professional ... cleaned up the mess. He came back the next day as promised to double check and fix additional wiring. We live in an old house and we have found our new electrician! Thank you very much!

We were in the process of selling our home and the home inspector discovered that we had CSST gas tubing and that it was not bonded and grounded as required by code. This was a big issue for the buyer and we needed to move quickly and confidently with a reputable and qualified electrician. I called Nisat and not only were they responsive but they took the time to answer my questions and concerns and were able to demonstrate that they had the expertise to resolve the issue. Nisat was at my home the next day to fix the issue. We decided to add whole home surge protection. Nick was very helpful and very honest. He could have taken advantage of the situation and sold me a bill of goods but he instead, made solid recommendations that not only took care of the issues, he also helped me to spend my money wisely without going overboard. The work was done professionally and the inspector who came the next day said that he does not usually see the quality of work that was done on bonding and grounding the CSST. I would highly recommend Nick and his team at Nisat Electric

We called to have an estimate done on having our smoke alarms replaced. He came out and gave us a ridiculously high quote and no alternatives for a cheaper option. Further he charged us a lot just remove the smoke detectors and did not even check the wiring nor discuss the price with us before removing them. We went with someone else and paid less than half what he quoted for labor and materials. I can't speak to the quality of his work but if you want a job done at a reasonable price go elsewhere.
