Sal, Fuad and their third team member did a fantastic job. They took their time to ensure the job is done correctly and to the satisfaction of the customer. They are responsive and flexible, which is clearly important when they address such a wise variety of applications: different home types, electrical needs, existing electrical work, etc. In my case, they hooked up my generator to my home's panel, installed a bathroom vent fan, and added a 240v line. This group has personalities that are easily likeable, which is always nice when you have people in your home for extended hours. Sal does a nice job of educating the customer about the work he is performing. I will hire them again in the future, and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for fairly priced work with a high level of service. Great group of people.

Parts of our home's electricity, especially the big appliances like the fridges and the air conditioner wouldnt come on so i contacted center point who ofc didnt do anything and left saying we would have the power back but it came on and went off again pretty quickly then came on and went off again saying lies and charging me $109. So i found Nextdoor Electric on Yelp and Sal was at our house within 3 hrs which is pretty quick imo and gave us a free estimate. And let me tell you, the work that they did i know is supposed to way more than what they charged us but Sal gave us an extremely good deal and we said yes right away. They came out the next morning at 6AM!! To start on the work so it can be done asap. Sal was very kind and understanding of our situation and was very diligent. My husband and I are satisfied with the outcome. Ac is back on and fridges are working now. In this texas heat, digging up the dirt, all the wiring and etc, they were nice till the end. Muk who also waited for us to come home stayed till the end to finish up the job. Cant thank you guys enough. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Ps. They have a total 8 yr warranty. Which i love if anything were to go wrong in the future. (Probs not).

I changed out a light switch and could. not make it work. My wife was out of town and returning that afternoon, so I needed a quick solution.

I called and was able to schedule an appointment and two young men showed up a couple hours later. They were courteous and respectful. and prompt.

I explained the problem and asked a few
questions and then asked to see out box. Immediately, they saw that I forgot to turn on several breakers and the problem was immediately solved.

I asked how much was the trip charge and they said, ""Nothing, glad we could help and please call us again anytime."". What an embarrassing and great experience.

Very responsive, was able to come out quickly and address a minor problem, found other issues that were more significant and gave us great feedback on how to address. Salat was fantastic, and even helped my father-in-law across the street with a quick check of a breaker box and more solid advice.
I would give six stars if it were possible. And we will use Next Door Electric again when needed.

I called on Saturday trying to find someone to repair our weatherhead so we could have power restored. Went through a lengthy intake process and was then told I had to wait for a callback to hear about availability. That call never came. I even explained to the intake person that I was 8.5 months pregnant and desperate to be reconnected to power. Disappointing customer service. Thankfully we were able to find a much more responsive electrician who fixed us up.
