In any industry, it is near impossible to find someone who will be transparent with their service and fees, honest with their assessments, and personable. Sal at Nexdoor Electric not only encompassed all 3 factors I look for when hiring someone to work on my home, but EXCEEDED my expectations in these aspects. In terms of his labor, he is quick and clean with the task at hand but very thorough. Any high quality job will ultimately take time but Sal provided the significant steps about his scope of work, potential solutions/troubleshooting, and provided a summary of what he did after fixing my issue.
His quality is no doubt on the highest end but what really stood out his how respectful and communicative he is. He is very understanding, listens to exactly what you tell him, and follows up with logical questions to help facilitate his work. He will also provide updates throughout. While he was assessing my issue and before he provided me a very reasonable quote, I was already sold on his services. I am very pleased to have found an electrician I will do business with in the longterm!

Sal replaced all of our outlets, switches, and face plates including the ones outside. We had a couple of rooms where the outlets were not working. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I am so happy. The Customer Service is really good; nice and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Salat did an excellent job resolving all the three electrical issues we had in the house. He fixed the electric wiring to the Ring bell, moved outlets behind the flat TV to clean up the electrical mess, and replaced some bulbs in a weird spot above the stairs using an asymmetrical ladder. Great communication, attention to detail, and reasonably priced. He wore a mask and shoe covering for indoors. We will use their service again. Highly recommended.
