I have worked with this company on 2 projects in the past. Unfortunately on each project, I was rescheduled 2 or 3 times which is very frustrating. I plan out my days based on their appointment and then the owner changes the date which is very unprofessional. I can understand it happening once but if you reschedule over and over!!!

I can also say from my experience that customer relation means nothing to the owner, I texted the owner why he is rescheduling so much, but at the end I was told to take my business somewhere else.

I recently moved into a new condo and needed to change out an old chandelier that was over a tall staircase. I put it off for a few months thinking it would be a hassle but these guys made it easy! I got quotes from 3 different places and Next Level Lighting came back not only the most reasonable but the fastest and friendliest. Another company was going to charge me a ""high ceiling fee"" that was the same price as the actual installation! No thank you. They also installed a light fixture in a room where there was no previous lighting, and they covered everything in the room so it was left nice and clean. Overall very easy to schedule and work with and very pleased with my new lighting!

Electric Car Charger installation. Steve was great to work with to get everything coordinated and scheduled. Was impressed that we were able to get scheduled the next day. Raul and Julian were our installers and they were great. They arrived in the stated window of time. Worked super clean. Wore shoe covers when they needed to go in the house (we are no shoes in the house). They also put a floor cover down in the garage to collect any debris. I originally had my own thoughts about the placement of the charger, but after they came onsite, they gave a better recommendation to minimize any damage on the walls and make the conduit more visually pleasing. When they finished, they cleaned up the floor and walls, and even scrubbed away some wall areas that they didn't work on! Thanks again for getting this done so quickly and will definitely be reaching out to Steve and his team again for future work. Happy New Year!

Next Level Lighting & Electric continues to do an excellent job. I had the team (Raul and Julian) come back out for some additional work and they were efficient and respectful, as always. It was great to have Julian back out again since he has worked on every room in the house at this point!

They were super flexible and fortunately carry extra materials in the van, so we were able to add on some extra work while they were here. Can't say enough great things about them!

Steve was absolutely amazing during the whole process. Super responsive and had an excellent crew come out and compete everything I wanted and more. All the lighting looks stunning in our home. Don't hesitate in contacting them. Theyre worth every penny! They did lighting in our ceiling replaced our bathroom fan and lights and added a few usb plugs in our bedroom.
