Steve responded immediately to my email request for a quote to install 3 ceiling fans. What impressed me was that he followed up the next day with a personal phone call. Once we decided to have Next Level do the work, Steve was so attentive and sent a text confirming the price, date, time, and texted the names of his employees who will be showing up to complete the job. I also received a text the night before to confirm the time which I appreciated.

When Cameron and his team came my husband and I were so impressed with their cleanliness! They put booties over their shoes when entering our house and took the time to prepare and cover our bedroom floors, beds, and furniture before doing their work. I knew it was going to be messy because they needed to cut into the drywall. However when they left, the drywall was patched and they had used a shop vac to clean up any additional debris. The fans are beautiful, centered perfectly, stable, and have a wall control with variable speeds. Overall, their work was very detailed and you will not find an electrician with this level of customer service!

I had a great experience with this company! Aussie, Roberto and Martin were excellent as far as customer service when they came to install our fan and remote control. They were friendly to talk with and work with and did a great job vacuuming and cleaning up after they were done. We had worked with Wakefield Electric before and they were horrible. Please don't ever go with Wakefield electric again!

Thanks to next level lighting we have a wonderful ceiling fan and can control it with a remote which makes it easy to adjust when sleeping or laying in bed. Thanks for a great experience!

Great service! I interviewed several companies beforehand and they were the most professional and affordable. Steve is very knowledgeable and provided great feedback and options. I appreciate how quick he was to respond to my questions at all hours of the day. Their schedule was easy to work with and they finished adding lights to the whole house within a few hours. They took care of set up and clean up. I never felt like I was trying to be up-sold in anything.

Late post...
I needed another ceiling fan installed in one of the other bedrooms in my house. Called upon Steve @ Next Level Lighting once again and he did not disappoint! After resolving a slight miscommunication about our appointment time, Steve showed up with his friendly, professional crew. They had to go through my attic to pull the electrical but they were in and out in a little over one hour. They did such a great job and left a nice tidy space when they were done. I was extremely pleased and would definitely recommend them for any electrical job and I will definitely use them again if I ever need any electrical work done.

I used Next Level Electric when I needed some electrical work for my house t a few years ago. I asked Steve to come by my home to give me a quote for the following:

* Replace old fluorescent recessed lighting with LED
* Add LED recessed lighting to NEW locations (4 different rooms)
* Add ceiling fans to 2 NEW locations and replace 2 old ceiling fans.
* Add new electrical socket behind a wall mounted TV
* Add EV charger to garage

The quote I got was the lowest I got. Additionally, Steve's crew was the only company that also patched up holes that needed to be made (his crew doesn't paint though). Steve brought a crew of at least 4 people and worked for two days to get all the work done. This is key, because if was just one or two people doing the work, it would have taken about a week. Additionally, they did a great job clean up after themselves.

A few weeks ago (about 2 years after initial job) I called Next Level Electric about adding 3 more ceiling fans to my house (which I should have just done 2 years ago). This time Steve sent Hector and his crew. They did a great job again and even managed to figure out how to install 3 ceiling fans in new locations using existing electrical lines. This means that Hector did NOT have to drill new holes in my ceiling/walls to run additional wiring.

Steve was also great a responding to issues that I had after the work I had done. After about two years, one of my ceiling fans stopped working and on the latest electrical work I had done two ceiling fan remotes were using the same frequency. I texted Steve and he had someone come down and fix both issues (under my 5 year warranty) the following week.

This is a great company that I highly recommend!

We recently enlisted the aid of Next Level Lighting to install several chandeliers and do some other electrical work for us and are completely satisfied with the results. Hands down these guys are the best in town. I needed recessed lights and ceiling fans installed in two bedrooms and the next level crew came full force with a hand full of highly trained professionals and knocked out my project in just a couple of hours.
