Alex was fast and professional. Two Nema 14-50 outlets installed in our garage, courtesy of New Creation Electric. Price was very good. What was important to me in a contractor: Licensed, Bonded. Because I've heard people who didn't have a permit/inspection denied insurance coverage if and when things go wrong... like a fire started by EV vehicle and/or outlet. Permit process was very easy in City of Long Beach. Install took one day, an hour for the permit at City Hall. Then used a QR code to schedule inspection. They came out the next day, inspection took 5 minutes.

I was fortunate to get service the same day I contacted this company. Alex, the electrician, was able to replace a bad breaker in about an hour. He performed a sequence of troubleshooting to isolate the issue and solved it. He was prompt and wore protective equipment. Replacing the breaker and an outlet was $180 which I thought was a fair price.
