Quick response to my need and answer some questions, did not agree to a set price even though a dollar amount was said on his end. I requested a quote and price but nothing was clearly agreed to. He got tools and started working without my consent and at that point felt obligated to let him continue. I need more electrical work to be done and now I still have the issue. Asked for a re-wire of a section of the home and need other parts checked out but just didn't want to quote me on that. This guy just wants to do simple work and not tackle on what customers need.
