John Losoya installed two fans and a house surge protecter. He was amazing. He was on time and installed everything perfectly. The price was competitive and service wonderful. I will totally use them again if I need anything electric in the future.

Really disappointed. I am a repeat customer many times over and Xavier has always taken great care of our electrical needs at my small business. I called Mr. Electric last week to have them install a ceiling fan and was told Xavier had left the company but they could send another technician out. We scheduled the appt for this past Saturday at 3:30pm. On Sat at 4:45pm after not hearing from anyone, I called them to find out how much longer it would be before they arrived. The appt scheduler said she didn't know where the tech was or what had happened but she would call him and then call me back. That was two days ago and still no call back from them. Really poor service all the way around this time. I don't treat my customers in this manner and don't expect to be treated this way, especially after having been a long term customer of theirs. I will be using a different electrician company going forward.

Todd and Xavier both do very good work. I've had them out multiple times at my business and I've been satisfied with their work every time. They installed power outlets, an exhaust fan, and did a general health check. The pricing is reasonable and communications with them and their office was good. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great service! Todd came to fix the lights in two rooms of my house. For one room, the halogen bulb had to be replaced. He was kind enough to drive to the store, buy the bulb, and replace it for me. Thank you!

Made appointment, stayed home from work to meet electrician. No show. Phoned office. Electrician phoned, his alarm did not go off, still in bed.

We needed new recessed lighting installed.

Quote appointment was easily made, and arrived on time. Requested curtesy call was requested but was never made.

Quote was reasonable and install scheduled for next day. Electrician arrived 2 hours late, but called to inform us of their late arrival prior to appointed time.

Work space was carefully covered in plastic and light placement was carefully measured multiple times to confirm accurate placement. Holes were cut neatly and they were extra careful to limit dust. Work completed within 3 hours.

They will cover up Sheetrock holes they make, but do not repair it. Was informed of this during the quote

Overall, reasonable pricing, friendly service and I would consider them again.

Outstanding service! Electricians were knowledgeable and brought my older home up to code. Installed new boxes and new fixtures. Excellent team that worked well together and got the job done efficently. Highly recommend!

We were impressed when Xavier solved our rather complicated electrical problem quickly and then worked until almost 7 p.m. to complete the job so I would have a functioning dishwasher that night. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable-- so much more so than electricians from larger companies who have been here. The rates were considerably less than the inflated ones we have seen from the larger companies in the area--and again, the work of higher quality. He's also naturally courteous and clear in explaining problems and solutions.

I had a great experience with Xavier. He was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed my main pool light that others had not been able to fix. He also diagnosed the problem with my spa light and clearly explained some things about pool electric service. And he also fixed one of the recessed lights in the kitchen. I was very pleased with the work he did and the charges.

I never got a chance to write an actual review because they didn't even show up to give me a quote. They were supposed to come by last Friday around 1pm. I was home from noon until late in the evening. No show, and no call/text saying they couldn't make it or needed to reschedule. I won't be calling back to make another appointment for a quote.
