Made appointment, stayed home from work to meet electrician. No show. Phoned office. Electrician phoned, his alarm did not go off, still in bed.

Quote appointment was easily made, and arrived on time. Requested curtesy call was requested but was never made.

Quote was reasonable and install scheduled for next day. Electrician arrived 2 hours late, but called to inform us of their late arrival prior to appointed time.

Work space was carefully covered in plastic and light placement was carefully measured multiple times to confirm accurate placement. Holes were cut neatly and they were extra careful to limit dust. Work completed within 3 hours.

They will cover up Sheetrock holes they make, but do not repair it. Was informed of this during the quote

Overall, reasonable pricing, friendly service and I would consider them again.

We were impressed when Xavier solved our rather complicated electrical problem quickly and then worked until almost 7 p.m. to complete the job so I would have a functioning dishwasher that night. He is clearly experienced and knowledgeable-- so much more so than electricians from larger companies who have been here. The rates were considerably less than the inflated ones we have seen from the larger companies in the area--and again, the work of higher quality. He's also naturally courteous and clear in explaining problems and solutions.

He also diagnosed the problem with my spa light and clearly explained some things about pool electric service. And he also fixed one of the recessed lights in the kitchen. I never got a chance to write an actual review because they didn't even show up to give me a quote. They were supposed to come by last Friday around 1pm. I was home from noon until late in the evening. No show, and no call/text saying they couldn't make it or needed to reschedule. I won't be calling back to make another appointment for a quote.

Todd was great! I scheduled him to come to our home in Sugar Land and replace a chandelier and two entry pendants. He was on time and spent amost 4 hours working non-stop. He had to get into the attic for the entry lights and I think it ended up being more work than either of us thought. He was at my house until almost 7 pm. Our lights are perfect. I will be using his services again. I think he charged us $375, which is reasonable given the time and work and quality of work done.

Since then he has done over 6 jobs and has always been prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I trust his judgement and knowledge. He has always showed up when promised.
