Todd was great! I scheduled him to come to our home in Sugar Land and replace a chandelier and two entry pendants. He was on time and spent amost 4 hours working non-stop. He had to get into the attic for the entry lights and I think it ended up being more work than either of us thought. He was at my house until almost 7 pm. Our lights are perfect. I will be using his services again. I think he charged us $375, which is reasonable given the time and work and quality of work done.

I have used Mr. Electric for over 5 years now. A car had run through my business and knowing it was an emergency to shut off power he was there in thirty minutes. Since then he has done over 6 jobs and has always been prompt, courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I trust his judgement and knowledge. He has always showed up when promised.

Called to make an appointment after reading good reviews on Yelp. Seemed friendly and said he was busy that day but woul try to come by that afternoon or the next morning. He didn't call and didn't show so by next morning so I called him back and he confirmed appointment for later that day. Again never showed and never called. Complete waste of my time waiting for him to show and didn't have courtesy to call.

I was going to write a great review for these guys, since generally most people (myself included) post low scoring reviews. I'm glad to see that these guys are getting great reviews. Ron came out to our home and really talked to us about what the problem might be, fixed it and left - and didn't leave us a bill. He said it was a quick thing so it wasn't a big deal. Amazing!!!! I've never experienced service like that. Kudos to Mr. Electric and Ron.

I called Mr. Electric (Todd) to come out and do some work on our fuse box. Made the appointment on Monday for Wednesday. He said he was available that afternoon and would be over about 3:30 for our appointment. I left work early to get home and be there on time. He did not show up. I called him at 3:45 to see if he needed directions, and finally I called the generic Mr. Electric number to see if they could tell me anything. When I left the house 2.5 hours later after he hadn't shown up, I called and left him a message asking to call me to see if we could re-schedule as I wanted to get this done as soon as possible. He did not call me back, so today I called another electric company and will have them do the work. Really disappointed at Todd's lack of professionalism, and the fact that he just blew me off like that. Had gotten the reference from a friend, called this person to let them know, and both of us have crossed him off our list of contractors to use.
