Mr. Electric sent Electrician Alex to service my electrical issue and he did a superb job diagnosing and correcting the problem. One of the many things I appreciated was his ability to clearly articulate to me what and why he was conducting various procedures. All in all a great repair at a reasonable price!

I was charged $195.50 for 10 minutes at my house. I was having a ceiling fan issue, which just turned out to be an incorrect replacement light switch. The Technician, who was very nice, simply put the original switch back in and checked the wires at the ceiling and all was ok. The technician could have just charged me a service charge of $75-$100 but instead charged me $195.50. This amount was excessive for the job done. I talked with Jeremy at the office and he said it was the minimum amount they could have charged. They have discretion, when a job is less than than expected. I was a previous customer and told Jeremy that exceptions could have been made in my charges. He said the technician was there for an hour but he wasn't. He was in my home for 10 minutes and then sat in his van out front so he was able to claim 1 hour. I feel taken advantage of by Mr. Electric.

Yelp messaged this business and 9 hrs later still have not received an answer. I dont believe that they monitor this form of communication. I suggest if you need someone don't rely on this company.

They're good, but they're not INexpensive. Four straightforward light fixture switch-outs and new installation of a ceiling fan (~3 hours' work) cost almost $1,000, and that with their ""Neighborly"" discount and a -$50 ceiling fan installation coupon. I do trust their expertise.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! First off, my scheduled time was supposed to be from 1-5pm which is understandable! I got a call at 9:30am asking if they could come early. The time they showed up was 10am, so VERY good on that part! The electrician that came was Tucker Norton. He is VERY professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his work. He is a very diligent worker. I had two Ring floodlight cameras installed and I am very satisfied with the installation. I called to set up an appointment a few days ago and Amy helped me with that. Amy was very helpful and super professional on the phone. I did not have to wait long for my appointment. I 100% recommend Mr. Electric and I will be using them again. Thanks Mr. Electric for the hard work and good customer service!!

Jeremy was extremely polite, prompt and knowledgeable of his profession. We live in a 100+ year old house and needed an antique chandelier hung and immediately Jeremy knew I didn't have all the parts and the parts I had were not original to the chandelier. He was able to research the necessary parts needed and will order those and return at a later date for installation. He offered to do a safety home inspection due to the age of our home and knew exactly what our home needed to be up to code. He was up front in explaining the upgrade process and was able to evaluate what will be necessary for an electrical line to our garage from our home. I offered payment for the hour + he spent here just assessing everything and he said there is no charge! Can't wait to get started on our numerous projects! Would I recommend Mr. Electric to those that are skeptical- YES?

Electrician was professional, knowledgeable and accurate. Helpful in that he explained in easy to u deed tans language. My project included upgrade to an electrical panel, install whole house surge protector, install a light fixture, and install a GFCI plug. Electrician finished in a timely manner. Work areas were cleaned up. Completed a walk through. Overall, good experience for me as a customer. Recommend.
