Do not use them! Do not use them! Do not use them! Very unprofessional. They make promises they cannot keep and you end up wasting time waiting for them. I have tried for three days to set up an appointment. On each occasion, they have confirmed but canceled at the last minute. (They say they called and left a message, but it is all lies. ) This means that I am now without the timed lightning I thought they would be able to quickly install. I should have looked for another company when they canceled the first time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I am paying for it. So don't do what I did and waste your time sitting around waiting for them to show up. Yes. They will tell you that they will come anytime between morning and late afternoon. This means that today I spent the whole day waiting for them only to learn at 6:00 pm, that they were not coming and could they reschedule for another day. They talk the good talk but don't walk the walk. It is probably best that they did not come. I see it as a divine sign that they don't know what they are doing and would have probably done awful work. Look for another company with a record of success and not two-three stars!!!! They have two-three stars for a reason. I learned this the hard way.

Keith showed up in the time window, provided a good quote, and did the work. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is that there is a bit of a blemish on the wall where a new light switch was installed. Otherwise... great service start to finish.

This is a follow up to my extremely low rating and poor review of Mr. Sparkly cancelling my service to accomodate another for financial benefit to their organization. Apparently, this organization has no clue how to care for customers.
I received a response stating ""Customer Satisfaction is Our number 1 Goal ""If....I have not heard from management regarding my issue please call 813-328-2541. DAAA. Please explain to me why it is my responsibility to follow up on a poor review? Do you think this response was a sincere effort on their part to resolve this issue? I do not. This is why there is competition and I, and other people as well, have the ability through yelp to share my experience with any organization. I may never hear back from Mr. SPARKY but that would be what I would expect from my experiance so far. To be continued...

I understand their trip policy, but when I set up the appointment, I told them I was looking for a *free* estimate or inspection. They explained that the ""trip fee"" was $19, so I accepted, assuming he would do SOMETHING for that. Instead, Patrick (the service man) shows up WITHOUT A MASK (I'm recovering from cancer, and both my wife and I are seniors!) with some partially acceptable excuse. THEN when we talk about the work, it's ... ""Well, let me break it down for you..."" OVER THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS?? And guess what we get for our $19? I paid $19 for NOTHING. (Patrick insisted on collecting it, btw.)

I am very disgusted with Mr Sparky managers, Patrick, and anybody in the middle. How DO they stay in business? Oh, and while I'm decrying details, they offered me 10-2 as a window. I said 12-2 would be better than 10-2. I got the answer, ""OK, 'I'll tell him he can come early."" He was here before 10!

As the kids would say today, a HARD NOPE.

I really tried to like Mister Sparky. Their marketing and branding is great. They just can't ever seem to do any complex jobs. Maybe they are great for fan installs only.

They just recently they came out and just like last time they try and upsell me a complete re-wire of my house 5 minutes into it. Granted there's issues, but a complete rewire? really? before even looking everywhere? I could see a couple problem areas that can be fixed in isolation. They did this last time too five years ago. Then they annoyed me but thought I'd give them another chance.

The people they send out are young, like low 20's. My house requires someone with more experience due to the complexities of it being built onto two times, rehabbed and re-wired with all the old wires still up in the attic.

I wanted one circuit disconnected from another with it's own dedicated run, but then all the ""drama"" comes up about everything that's not up to code and the liabilities involved in changing things, and they don't want to do the work. It's like it's either re-wire the whole house or they only do fan installs. They always need ""manager"" approval to do any real work. They couldn't tell which cable was the right one and couldn't test them all. I literally asked, how about you just shake the cable and I tell you which one is moving at the outlet? Baffled, then a liability issue response. I told them to forget it and went with someone else.

So if you need a fan installed or a light fixed call them up but if you have real complex electrician work go with someone else.

This is not a knock on the guy that came out, he was nice and professional.

The physical service was excellent but the pricing was borderline fraud (if the right authorities get ahold of this). Great email response throw out offer on their estimate of $19. They call it a booking fee but not until they get there is when they tell you $119. I cancelled a cheaper appointment because of this but I needed it fixed now. Sorry sparky, great electrician but FRAUDulant approach.
