Wish I could give no stars. I made an appointment 10 days ago to get someone to fix the wiring for my dryer. Tech was supposed to come out between 8am-12pm and I received a call around 10:30am saying they had to cancel and reschedule for the 30th. So now I need to wait another 17 days so I can use my dryer? This is absurd. I told them that it was unacceptable and they offered me a $25 credit towards any repair work. $25?!?!?! Are you kidding me. You make me wait 27 days before you'll do a repair and expect me to be ok with a $25 credit? You must be out of common sense. Really disappointed in the business practices that are being used here. I will look for someone else who will provide better customer service and not waste my time.

If you want light fixtures not securely fastened to the ceiling, a hole punched in the ceiling, and an outlet removed that you paid to have fixed, these are your guys. And, when I called them about it, they put me on the schedule three weeks out (!) to have the dangling light fixture repaired. You don't pay thousands of dollars to have to climb a ladder and do it yourself. And that's not to mention who knows how long to have my ceiling repaired. It's not a small hole - probably 2 ft by 4 ft - so they have to call in a drywall guy and I have to spend my weekend waiting on him to quote it out. I'd recommend someone else, but this is my third attempt with electricians, and they all seem to suck anymore. These guys are quick to come out and recommend thousands in add-ons, but boy ask them to fix it the correct way and you've got a month long wait.

The highest most ridiculous quote given for the job required. Never again will I ever call on a Mr. Sparky. I tried to be fair by having the supervisor or manager call me and review the quote to see if the estimator did an error and never heard back.

Do not use them! Do not use them! Do not use them! Very unprofessional. They make promises they cannot keep and you end up wasting time waiting for them. I have tried for three days to set up an appointment. On each occasion, they have confirmed but canceled at the last minute. (They say they called and left a message, but it is all lies. ) This means that I am now without the timed lightning I thought they would be able to quickly install. I should have looked for another company when they canceled the first time, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and now I am paying for it. So don't do what I did and waste your time sitting around waiting for them to show up. Yes. They will tell you that they will come anytime between morning and late afternoon. This means that today I spent the whole day waiting for them only to learn at 6:00 pm, that they were not coming and could they reschedule for another day. They talk the good talk but don't walk the walk. It is probably best that they did not come. I see it as a divine sign that they don't know what they are doing and would have probably done awful work. Look for another company with a record of success and not two-three stars!!!! They have two-three stars for a reason. I learned this the hard way.

Keith showed up in the time window, provided a good quote, and did the work. The only reason I'm not giving a 5-star review is that there is a bit of a blemish on the wall where a new light switch was installed. Otherwise... great service start to finish.
