My AC unit is not working, it's on but not cooling, I called Mission Air conditioning today and I think his name is David, he told me that a technician will be at my place at around 12, ROEL the technician arrived around 10:45am or so, really early and on time I guess they knew I desperate lol. I have to say I am very impressed. Best service I have received so far. And I mean so far because 3 other companies have come out to my place. I haven't met there other employees at Mission AC, but ROEL is very knowledgeable, very patient and very understanding. He explained everything about my unit and the evaporator coil and why it was leaking, I saw the pipes frozen and why the freon was not lasting. I even asked him to take pictures for me lol and he was very patient with my dumb questions. Anyways they will be back on Tuesday to replace the evaporator coil so I will be back to tell everyone how the service. I can keep going about this but I'll rather wait for Tuesday.

FYI there is no fee for someone coming out on a Saturday unless they have to do some digging into. How many other companies go out to houses on a Saturday for free??

I called Mission air conditioning today and they had someone out the same day. The technican Rogelio Salazar was knowledge and explained to me everything that was being done. He explained to me exactly what my options were...No Pressure...he was within my scheduled time and my work was completed in hour...I would definitely recommend Mission Air Conditioning...I am a forever customer!!!

Called Mission AC for tuneup on a brand new system that we neglected to have regular maintenance for 1.5 years. They sent Rogelio Salazar who did a complete and thorough review and identified some issues and ways to improve the efficiency of our system. Overall fair pricing and professional service. Fantastic service by Roel and his assistant. They were both courteous and informative. I will definitely use Mission again if I can expect this type of service. He even helped me find a plumber to take care of the source of my issue who was also courteous and informative. Only one issue with the miscommunication with the lady who answered the phone. I repeatedly asked about unclogging a drain line and she quoted me a lower price than the actual price for the work. I was assigned a tune up instead of drain clog. Otherwise a 5 star would be my rating. It was minor bc the price wasn't too bad but I can see it being a problem with a higher cost job.

Roel is fantastic! He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and friendly. He very quickly diagnosed the issue and solved it within just a couple of hours. He spoke to me about the problem with my AC unit and took the time to show me step by step what his solution was going to be.

When he was finished working he even took the the steps to show me his work and how he solved the problem. Mission AC has a customer for LIFE, and I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful service!

My compressor failed to start so I needed some repairs. I called in the morning and a repairman arrived in the afternoon. They called to let me know he was one his way. Courteous and professional. Ran tests on the compressor then into the attic for a look. The result is the compresor is fine but I need ductwork repair. The cost was reasonable and I'll follow up when the ductwork is done. Oh yeah, my AC is working again until the work is completed. A satisfied customer. Thanks.

The folks at Mission replaced my air conditioning system a year ago and it's working fantastic! We saved a significant amount on our monthly bill during the hot months and never had any issues with functionality.

You won't find an easier group of people to work with and their product is the best!
