Juan with Mission came out for maintenance on our AC system. While here he also pointed out some issues that could have some affect on the cooling with my system and made some recommendations on repairs to make it perform better without any high pressure tactics to do it right then and there. They were clean and professional. I will definitely be calling them again.

Contacted Mission Air thru the website and called. Very responsive in setting up an appointment for routine maintenance check of air conditioner. The followed up day of appointment. Called before coming and texted technician's picture along with his number and name. Juan was very professional and thorough. Serviced the unit, respectful of walking thru the home. Very happy with our service.

Dishonest. I thought I found a good AC contractor, until last week. I was using them to check the AC unit condition on a rental property. They told me it would be $800 to change some capacitors, and that my AC needs replacement. I wasn't born yesterday.

Updated review: After having an overpriced diagnosis, Robert Koster from Mission called to apologize. He stated the plumber sent out made a mistake on the price of the job, and that they would be refunding our $19 call-out fee. He also offered price discounts on future work. Although I won't be using their services for future work, I appreciate reaching out and offering to fix the issue for free.

Called to schedule an appointment for help with a leak. I described the issue in detail to the dispatch and they stated there is a $19 dispatch fee. I agreed and the plumber was slated to arrive between 10-12 PM.

I didn't have the best experience with the assigned technician. I reached out to the business to let them know and Robert Acosta reached out to ensure me this was a one time issue. He promised to correct it moving forward. I appreciated the forthcoming nature of the business and would call them for another shot.

Mission might be more expensive than other companies, but you always get what you paid for.

Outrageously expensive !! Price to change out connection for a toilet already installed... price range is usually $50 lower. Keep shopping, we will because we have more remodeling and plumbing needs.

Absolute worse customer service. They do NOT want your business unless it fits in their schedule and then they make up excuses. They scheduled my appointment and 5 mins later they called back and said their master plumber was not honoring appts based on the coupons they have posted online. So I just requested them to just come out anyway to diagnose the problem. Their agent literally told us find someone else to do it.

UPDATE: We received a call back from the scheduler who made the appointment then cancelled...she told us she is about to be fired and shouldnt have lied to us and said we are on the ""do not service"" list. Unbelievable! Does such a list actually exist? Back story is we have used Mission once before and the 1st time the tech tried to swindle us from a $90 job into an over $1000 job...we said no way! Not only did the tech not fix the issue he made it worse. A ""Master tech"" called us, sent another tech out, and low and behold the vanity drain just needed a heavy duty snake to get through the clog. Long story short after pulling some teeth they did job. Since then we moved and ran into a similar problem and decided to give mission a second chance..big mistake! Aside from the stress of the plumbing issue we had to deal with this company who has zero ethical values and is not in business to serve the community but they are crooks who try to make a your plumbing problem worse only for you to pay more for a repair. So by all means Mission plumbing keep me on your ""Do not service"" list. It's sad you would fire a girl for scheduling appts for you and then making her lie to customers...shame on you! I will be sure to let the community know of your tactics.

Another update: This morning received this text from the the girl who scheduled the appt stating she got fired. I don't know if she is being sarcastic with us but it's terrible how this company treats its customers...and employees. I've never experienced a situation like this but there will be a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. This company needs to be stopped in it's tracks! Mr. David Lewis, Owner as mentioned on the Better Business Bureau site...you should be ashamed of yourself for running a business like this!

I am so pleased with the work that this company has done. i would call them back in a
heartbeat. They are very knowledgeable, they find the problem and go over it with
you before they move on. They make sure you always know what's going on when
they're working on a problem. As many companies as I called I knew within the first
10 minutes, this was the company I wanted. They have gone above and beyond their
duties, I don't know any other company that would have done that, but this company
has and they didn't have to. Mission Co. gets 5 stars from me.
