Last night our bathtub spout broke off with the pipe still attached. A plumber (Troy B.) came out in a very timely manner, and assessed the issue. Addressed what he could possibly do and gave us all the options and quotes. We live in a condo, so the backside of the shower is basically another condo. Since the pipe was broken off inside the wall-- accessing it was almost impossible but he found a way! Didn't even need to cut into the shower wall or anything. The repair price was very reasonable and now I know whom I'm comfortable calling if I have any further plumbing issues. He was even nice enough to examine our water heater and is going to send us another quote for future repair.

We replaced all of our HVAC system and replaced the ductwork for our house. Mission did a fantastic job at a very competitive price. Everyone we interacted with was professional and knew what they were doing. Our house has attic space that is VERY difficult to navigate and the installation team took their time to get it right. The end result is fantastic and is much more efficient than our old system. I highly recommend Mission for your HVAC needs.

$79 call out, and $589 repair fee for a leak, which I thought was a bit high, but when they came out it was about half that, even though the plumber had to dig under the house to access it. The plumber was extremely professional and it's very clear they want their customers satisfied. I'm happy with the service I received.

I gave two stars as they did fix the issue with my heater. Minus 3 stars for steep price and terrible customer service.

My husband joined the military and we decided to keep and rent out our personal home here in Houston. We had an issue with the heater and despite making it clear to Mission that the home is tenant occupied and I needed to be in the loop, I was not contacted for consent on the repair. They just let the tenant approve everything. This was especially frustrating as the charges include $80 for a new thermostat that a) only costs $20 at Walmart down the street and b) I actually had a superior model that was going unused in the house already. After receiving the bill I called Mission and asked for the tech to contact me and explain exactly what repairs were done and was told she would call me asap. Fast forward 5 days and still no phone call. I had to call Mission myself, where an admin then read the invoice to me as my explanation. I pointed out the fact that I had not actually approved any repairs and was given a half hearted 'sorry, you still gotta pay' as the reply. I will not be using this company again.

I work in the construction industry so when I say that this is one of the best AC companies in Houston in terms of expertise, professionalism, and integrity, it comes from the perspective after interaction with over hundreds of contractors around town. Mission Air has done it all for our 1940's old house from AC repair, duct work check to change out of an existing unit in a very small attic, the work is always top noch and clean. The pricing is also reasonable. The response time is amazing, I always get a call back even if it is a sunday morning. They are there when you need them. A great company that provides a great service to Houseton. Highly recommend!

WOW... they charge you $79 just to come over... if you use them it does not go towards the final bill... it's $79 on top of any other work. Way to be neighborly in times of need after Hurricane Harvey. NO thank you!!

Really impressed with Mission Air Conditioning - with Roel in particular. We have a relatively new house, less than 5 years old and when our air conditioning wasn't keeping up with the summer, we knew we had an issue. Roel came by and immediately found that our coils were leaking freon. He helped to schedule the repair, even was going to help jump through hoops to schedule it for the next day, but since we were going out of town for the weekend, we delayed until after our trip. One thing I really appreciated throughout the process was that they made sure to check to make sure it was under warranty. I'm a new home owner and didn't even realize that warranty repair was a possibility. They handled everything seamlessly so all I had to do was sign a cheaper invoice! The repair was successful and we've been happily cool through the Houston heat since.

We did notice that there was quite a bit of liquid coming out of the soffit drains a couple weeks later, so we called them back up thinking there was an issue with the coil replacement. Turns out our drains were clogged just from the fun of Houston hard water. Roel came back out, diagnosed and made the repair quickly. Helping to share tricks to make sure a clog doesn't happen again, and if it did happen, how I could make the repair myself.

This was another thing I appreciated of Mission Air Conditioning. That they try to send you the same folks who have been to your home previously. Rather than send you a revolving door of handymen, they specifically made sure they sent someone who had been to the house before. It builds a comfort level and makes it easier to trust what they are telling you.

Overall I've been very impressed and look forward to signing up for their twice a year maintenance plan. Thanks again Mission and Roel!

I was having issues with one of the rooms in my home constantly staying about 5 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Mission came out and did some trouble shooting with the vents, then with the duct work in the attic. Turns out there were some pinch points in the duct that my technician, Roel was able to correct with minimal effort and we saw/felt a noticeable difference in the room. From the time I called for the appointment to the time Roel was completed, it took less than 15 hours. Overall great work and very knowledgeable and friendly.

Best a/c service experience I have ever had! Rogelio came out and checked out my a/c unit, and he explained what he was doing/looking for the whole time. When he was finished, he discussed the different options that I had now and in the future. He never tried to sell me something, like I've had other hvac companies do in the past. I will definitely use Mission Air Conditioning in the future.
