First of all, I would never ever ever use this company because they must charge extraordinary prices to have so many expensive ads running on local TV. In addition to that, their ads are the most annoying I have ever seen. Sorry this is a hard no from me.

I paid $240 for the annual ""Milestone Advantage"" agreement. I ordered the filters and UV filtration lights in advance from the Milestone website. Upon arrival for my first bi-annual A/C maintenance appointment, the technicians informed me that they were not allowed to install the UV lights unless Milestone had originally installed the filtration system. I had them double check with their manager. They did. I even offered to pay them extra. The result is that it did not get done. Milestone markets themselves as ""Your Trusted Home Service Experts."" They told me that if they replace the UV bulbs, they will then be responsible for any failure to the UV system. Which begs the question...what else will they NOT do AFTER you pay them for their Advantage program. I called to cancel my agreement. After two phone calls, they said that it was all a miscommunication. Now, they are sending out someone to replace the bulbs in another three hour window this afternoon. This should not be that hard. Buyer beware.

They were very nice but crazy expensive. A new breaker cost $500. I got another electrician to change the breaker and only charged me $100 for the part.

Had an A/C condenser ""fixed"" for $4K by milestone only to have it break down three weeks later. When I called they said they would not get a tech to my house until the next day at the earliest because I called at 3PM. I have a 22 month old child and it is over 95 degrees ouside. Cancelling my membership. Go with a local HVAC company. Hugely disappointed by this scam of a company.

When the tech did come out to fix the unit for the fourth time (I guess he has no idea what he is looking at) he claimed that he has to order a replacement part and my home will be without reliable AC for the next week at least! Thank you for letting me know about the 3PM cutoff time. They next time that you install a faulty compressor I will make sure that it happens by 2:30.

Never calling again and I will be sharing my experience with my HOA and neighbors.

They do not deliver what they promised. Be warned. They charge an arm and a leg for a service that never made any significant difference in the room at my house that had temperature issues. They added unnecessary work with the air ducts in my crawl space so they can get more money. They were always a no show for routine tune up after paying for the yearly membership. Look away and beware of this bad business! Zero stars.
