Mike came out on a Sunday to add a line for 240v A/C window unit. Cut the new outlet and patched the area. He also rearranged the breakers in the panel plus fixed an issue in the panel we weren't aware of. All for the same price.

His response to our call was quick even posting the note to him on yelp Friday night. He is a professional electrician and frankly a nice guy. We have saved his number for later.

I encountered a sudden electrical problem that affected half of my house. I called first thing in the morning and left a message. Mike called back within the hour and said he was at another job and would be able to stop by after. I texted my address and he replied back. He later texted his ETA and arrived as promised. He was able to troubleshoot the problem, show me the issue and fix it. What a relief! Fast, honest and reliable all at a fair price. I will definitely use him again!

What he quoted is what he charged!!! Mike was awesome...after calling him late Thursday night Mike showed up the next day and completed the job!! I paid him what he quoted us...left him at the property and he completed the job. He text me after to let me know it was done!! He's great!!

I was very disappointed in my experience with Mike. First, he was over 2 and 1/2 hours late for my appointment and never once called me to apologize or let me know why he was late. Every time I called him to ask him about the delay, he would give me a new arrival time, no apology, and still no arrival. After 2 and 1/2 hours of waiting, I called him again and he told me he would be there in ""30 minutes "". At that point I cancelled the service. If I could give him a zero, I would. I do not recommend hiring Mike due to his unreliable nature and lack of manners.

Miguel was really good at communicating and setting up an appointment for me to have the wiring in a light switch checked. It had a tight space for connections and I couldn't get it to work. Miguel quoted me a price and sent an employee to my house.

The electrician installed my light /plug outlet, knowing the outlet part was fried (by me evidently but I did not know that at the time). It was beside a double plug outlet which functions, but I would have paid for him to replace it with a working one if he had it available. Then the employee charged me 10 bucks more than I had been quoted by Miguel...

Miguel called to follow up and I let him know what happened. I also let him know that I would have preferred that his employee up-sell me to replace the unit with one that wasn't fried.

Miguel quickly offered to come by personally and fix the problem, but somehow schedules didn't work out and I didn't hear back from him... Bummer.

My bet is that Miguel is a good electrician, but also a busy business man. Eventually I'll get back into the box and try to fix it again.

I used Miguel a few days ago when we had an electrical outage in our area. When the electricity was restored, our townhouse was still without electricity.
I called several places as soon as they opened, but Miguel is the only one who answered and just by luck was able to come to our residence and assess the problem.
He is very personable, upfront, and he fixed our problem. We had to replace our switches for the main breaker bc it probably burned out. Thank goodness!!
We loved Miguel (im guessing Mike is the other electrician) and we hope to use him to fix other electrical issues we have in the future!

Mike did a job for me 1 year ago and he did it well. Last month when I had a problem I called Mike and he was very helpful. He told me what the problem was and that I needed to call Edison to have it resolved. Mike was so honest he even told me he was saving me the 65.00 service call. He may not have made any money from me that day, but he definitely gained a lifelong customer.
