What is confusing is all of the rave reviews stating how he was a pro, and prompt, and generally awesome. Contacted Mike for some electrical work. He booked a 3 p.m. appointment and then never called or showed. Messaged him at 3:30 to see if he was delayed somehow, but no response from him. Nothing. Now 2 hours later I have called someone else for a different day. Too bad, if he was good I would have referred him to my clientele and friends. I am really not sure how these people stay in business by being so flaky. I wonder how they decide to either show up or flake out. Is it a magic 8 ball decision or something? No call/no show is a strange manner to conduct yourself with people who want to pay you for services. I'm only disappointed that I couldn't give zero stars. Call at your own risk...he may be awesome if the tarot cards say it to be so. For me, this review closes the chapter on his company forever. No excuses for wasting my time.

I highly recommend this Electrician! He is professional and has gone over and beyond his call of duty. He gave my home light when I needed it the most. On June 1 2022 12:57pm we contacted Mike's Electric for a kitchen fixture repair. We heard from him on Thursday, June 2nd at 3.31pm asking if he should come later that afternoon or tomorrow. We said tomorrow would be okay. Never heard from him on Friday. We let it slide due to the weekend.
We never heard from him again. He did not attempt to arrive or to call us at all. Terrible customer service.

I called Mike for a unique issue with a new insta hot water heater that needed to be wired properly. My old heater broke and I had a plumber install the new heater but the previous electricians who had installed the old one did a very poor job. I called Mike and he showed up on a Friday night to survey the problem and was back on Saturday to do the wiring. He fixed a lot of the issues with the bad wiring from before and got the heater working properly and safely. His work was through and top notch. I couldn't recommend him enough.

I called him at 5:30 pm on a Sunday night with an electrical emergency. He was there in less than 3 hours. He stayed 2 1/2 hours to fix the problem and was there until 11 at night. He fixed my emergency problem and discovered problems with several of my plugs. He charged me a very reasonable price (less than I was expecting to pay). He is very nice and professional. I will be using his services again this week to install a ceiling fan. Thank you so much Mike

Have used for a few odd jobs - both power emergencies and planned projects. Super responsive and gets the job done for a fair price. I will call Mike first every time I need help with electrical work.

Responded, came out, said the work would be done later that afternoon; something came up, couldn't make it. Scheduled for the next morning, something came up, couldn't make it.
