I contacted Mike for an emergency situation and described the problem with our panel and meter - he suggested for us to call FPL to save us money for his trip out - FPL came out and said it wasn't their problem - he then came out and said it was the issue that he anticipated. He made the call to FPL himself and pushed them to make sure they came out promptly and the issue was resolved.

Highly recommend and am very happy with his service!

NO SHOW! Mike totally no showed me twice! He was referred to me by my Cono Association the Akoya, & he no showed twice! Don't waste your time on this guy! He never even called or text me to say he couldn't make it. Very unprofessional.

MIKE WAS A NO SHOW.

I called a week in advance to schedule the installation of two pendant lights in my condo. It was confirmed that Mike would be at my condo at 12pm the next week. I received a text the evening before the appointment that I was confirmed. 12pm comes- no Mike. At 1:30, I call the operator and he proceeds to contact Mike, who tells the operator he is still coming out, is running late, and will call me right away to confirm his arrival...

3:30pm and still NO call and NO text. I call the operator again and he says he has no idea where he is- that they just do the scheduling for Mike. So basically I took half a day off work to wait around for someone to not even have the courtesy to call or at least text and say they would be late or not show up.

Obviously not a great way to run a business. I never really post reviews but this was really rude so beware if you book him- he may not even bother to show up. Go with a company that values your time.

We contacted Mike's about getting some fans installed and wiring fixed. He said he would be around in about an hour at 9 and we waited all day. Never showed up and finally called about 530 and said he couldn't make it. He told us he would be out Saturday morning. So we waited all Saturday morning and never showed. He finally texted us and said he couldn't make it out until Tuesday the next week. Very unreliable. I would give him 0 stars if it was possible. He may be a great electrician but he won't even show up!!!

This is not the first time I've worked with Mike's company, and met him through my BNI networking group. Today he had his crew come to my office and change old fluorescent ceiling lights to new LED's. What a difference! But about his crew: They were totally professional, arrived early, were neat and clean, and cleaned up after they finished in each room - and they were nice guys. Awesome company Super professional. I run a special event catering company and Mike understood that I need my walk in cooler expanded by 4 feet and that he would need to unhook the electric and re-wire the whole thing the same day that the cooler company expanded it. Not only did he get it all done in one day but they did it in the middle of daily operations with out affecting the kitchen. Plus, his guys were super clean and courteous. I would definetlley recommend Mike to anyone who needs a good, affordable electrician.
