For the first time in 25 years my double kitchen sink started to back up this morning into both sinks. I tried several times to clear it with just a plunger, but that didn't work. I finally went to the Mike Diamond website at 2 PM and filled out the form to request an appointment. I was very happy that someone called me back 11 minutes later and said that a tech would be here today before 5:30 PM. Armando, the tech, arrived around 3 PM, assessed the problem, found a cleanout drain under the sink, and ran a 75 foot snake as far as it would go. After he pulled it out he reconnected one pipe, closed the cleanout drain, and filled each sink separately a couple of times and let them drain individually so he could check for leaks and make sure the drain was cleared. I was sooo happy! Armando was very polite, professional, knowledgeable (after I asked, he even told me about his training and apprenticeship), and of course, clean. He had towels and a bucket and all the tools he needed to do the job right and clean up afterwards. He did tell me that kitchen sinks and washing machine lines are the worst, and I was lucky I never had any problems in the past. He also recommended hydrojetting the drain lines, where they use a camera and give a 1 year warranty, but the job he did today was all I needed for now. Nice guy, great service. Armando gave me his card, and I will definitely use Mike Diamond Services and ask for Armando in the future.

Steve, with Mike Diamond, showed up promptly as promised and proceeded to clear the slow drain on my kitchen sink. Steve was done in less than 10 minutes. This was after a prior plumber snaked my drain once and made the drain worse. The other plumber than proceeded to try and upsell me on hydro jetting my drain for $$$$ (not kidding on the number of $'s).

Mike Diamond showed up about an hour after I called and saved the day in a reasonable time and fair price! Thanks!!

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged and every time we turned on the faucet, the water would not flow down properly. I called Mike Diamond and they quickly responded. Anthony arrived and explained what was causing the problem. He was able to clear out the drain and flush out all the build up that was clogged. Thanks to his knowledge and hard work the kitchen sink is now running good as new! We greatly appreciate the service he provided!

I would never refer Mike Diamond to anyone! The work they performed was overpriced and they were deceitful in promoting their Maintenance Agreement. I called several times and requested a refund of the $99 paid for the Maintenance Agreement because I did not want to deal with this company anymore. I was told I had to speak with the manager, who was never available and did not return my call. I could not understand why a company would risk their reputation over $99. I guess they just don't care!

SCAMMERS!!!! Charge $99 for service to clear drain. They showed up and told me there was a $20 gas charge. They then told me they needed to see the drain actually blocked up, as the sink was empty of water. They turned on the water, filled the drain and saw it was plugged. They then told me it was an additional $99 to remove the water they just put in!!!!

Every 4-5 years, our old house needs drain rooting. The old clay pipes have developed cracks over the years and roots grow inside the drain, clogging the drain. For many years I used a Brand X rooter service, but was not happy with their work and price. I heard the Mike Diamond ads on KNX radio, so 5 years ago I called Mike Diamond, and they sent Larry to take care of our problem. After 5 trouble-free years, our drains were good until this weekend when the toilet didn't flush properly. I called Mike Diamond this morning, and I was pleased to see Larry at our front door one hour later. He did a great job, 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend Mike Diamond Services!
