From the moment he responded to my request until the time he left, Michael has been nothing but polite, professional, and transparent. He was also extremely punctual about his time frame, even calling to give an ETA, which I really appreciate because most companies would just have you wait around all morning, unable to carry on with any plans because you don't want to miss them when they arrive. He was very personable and sweet to our toddler and cats as well, which is also a plus. He took a look at the receptacle I originally asked him to replace but also did a very thorough walk through and inspection of our entire house, which was much appreciated and needed due to the previous owner's unsafe wiring and cutting corners and ignoring safety code. He was very honest and transparent with the quotes he gave us, and I really like that he did not try to force us to get all the repairs recommended and even broke down different service packages and priced them respectively. Of course we hired this guy! We had him start with the receptacle in question, but he's coming back next week to do more extensive work. He was also so sweet and helped me fix a plug that our fried outlet melted, so now I can safely do laundry again. I am so glad Michael responded to my request because I've talked to four other electricians and was not completely sold on their services/ability. One even quoted us 3 times the normal price for the repair in question without so much as even looking at anything other than the burn outlet. It's really refreshing to find a professional who cares about his field enough to educate his clients too. It really shows how capable he is.

On my previous review I was critical of Michael because of a lack of response. I have since learned that there was a problem with communication technology. Michael did respond and went out of his way to make a late evening visit to look at my project. Fixing my bandsaw requires a part not easily acquired. We had to order it on line, and Michael will be available as soon as the part arrives. He did examine the project and advised me that the repair would not be a problem once we had the part.

Michael is fantastic. I needed a new circuit put in. In our initial visit ( to get an estimate), he discovered that the circuit breaker box was old and in danger of becoming inoperable. So he saved us many dollars by refurbishing the box and then adding the new circuit. I did not need to think twice or second guess what he was telling me because I know him to have a very high level of integrity. His work is impeccable.

From diagnostic to fixing and repairing the issue, he was friendly and upfront with the cost.
