He was even willing to come out on a holiday weekend to give an estimate. When I first read his Yelp reviews I thought, no one can be that great; yet he is! Michael was a true professional and worked efficiently and transparently throughout the whole process. I had him install 3 ceiling fans in my home and at first he thought a fan box needed to be installed but when he went to install them he found that the boxes installed were appropriate so no new boxes needed to be installed. I highly recommend Michael Leasure Electrical, let him be your go to guy. After roughing in an outdoor GFCI with weather proof cover Michael was able to wire it all up and test it all in an hour. We hired Michael to diagnose and fix our interconnected fire alarm system that was sporadically giving off false alarms. On our initial phone call, Michael was gracious and helpful. I had Micheal over for a safety inspection. He is really knowledgeable, he explains what his findings are, writes a detailed report and also talks about possible future issues to come up and provides estimates for those items. He also fixes little things he finds wrong that can be done while he is doing the inspection which is included in the inspection fee. I plan to begin doing upgrades next year and will absolutely use him and highly recommend him. I also thought what he charged for the inspection service was more than fair.

There's only the best in services that I look for when in need, and Michael Leasure is just that in his field. He is professional, polite, very reasonably priced and to me most of all, can be trusted. No need to look further as Michael is your electrician!
He installed a home surge protection, replaced and updated 60 plus switches, outlets and plugs, receptacle box installation and replacement, restoration of the main panel circuit breaker, installed a main grounding system, repaired and installed garage lights with junction boxes, replaced frayed furnace cord, new furnace, stove, washer and dryer outlets and more. With this 60 year old home it now feels completely safe to live in with no more blow outs from using more than one appliance at a time and lights no longer flicker. I can finally have peace of mind that my home is safe!
Michael is a perfectionist with attention to detail. He even installed every screw in the same direction! He cares about his clients and the safety of their homes. He checked in often asking if there was anything else I wanted him to do.
He works for himself and since he has no overhead you will find the best prices with his work.
He is very polite, honest and trustworthy and he will leave you confident in the work he provides you.
