Punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I found Michael through Yelp and asked him for a quote on some work on my mother-in-laws house. Within a few minutes we set up a time for him to take a look at everything. Michael ran through out check-list of projects and gave us various pricing options. We decided to proceed and booked him to come back in a couple of weeks.

The day the work needed to be completed, everything went smoothly. I was joking around with my wife asking her when she thought the first thing would go wrong (because anyone who has had work done to their house knows this is usually the case). To my surprise, there were no caveats. The work was completed and the walk-through was flawless.

I have some bigger electrical projects in mind and will definitely reach out to Michael when I decide to move forward with with those!

I had a long list of small jobs and needed an electrician. I contacted Michael Leasure. He came to my house the next day. Took notes and listened to me and then emailed me a detailed estimate that evening.
He gave me several options on the items I wanted done and some I was thinking about. We came to an agreement on the scope of the job and he was out within two days to do the work. He did everything I asked for and made several suggestions on how to acheive what I was looking for when I added several additional jobs I decided I also wanted done. He was flexible and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. The quality of his his work is outstanding. I will be calling him again.

I found Michael on Yelp and arranged to have him come to install a new outside light to rreplace one that was malfunctioning. He was a thorough professional from his initial reponse to me, to reconfirming the date and time, arriving on time, and doing the job. He also pointed out a problem in my circuit box and gave me an estimate to fix it as well as estimatees for some future electrical installations. He documented every item so I could clearly see the individual prices. I found him to be very reasonably priced compared to other electricians I have previously used. I highly recommend him!

Super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Michael thought he was coming out to make a major TV install, but I just needed a power outlet on a TV chimney mount. I thought it was a small job but found out later what was entailed, it turned out to be a bigger job than I thought. But the outlet was done very professionally and clean. If you want competent and reliable service, Micheal Leasure should be the one to call.

On a side note- he noticed a very concerning pipe under our house and it got me to address an issue that would have been an emergency repair. Highly recommend!
