I always get three estimates for any job I have done on my house. I look for good reviews, value, licensing and warranty and McWay Electric fit the bill. One major pet peeve of mine is unresponsive customer service. Though, McWay was a little more expensive, I did get a discount, than who I originally chose, I went with this company because they actually got back to me. I am still waiting for the call from the other company they said they would give me. Luckily, this was not an urgent matter. Chris arrived on the time slot agreed upon and finished the work promptly. I would use and recommend this company again.

We hired Chris to add some LED down lights in our living areas and add & replace a couple dimmer switches. His prices were right in line with the two other quotes that we received, but his responsiveness and professionalism was much better than the others. Chris and his coworker took the time to protect our floors and furniture during the project, did quality work, and we're punctual with their start time.
