Brandon was amazing and extremely knowledgeable! He and the office communicated well and he arrived on time. He educated me on what he was doing and explained the ""why"" behind it. After calling 2 plumbers and 2 fire sprinkler repair companies who said they couldn't fix an issue that I had with a fire sprinkler pump, I was recommended to McNamara Pump & Electric. The plumber who referred them said they are the best and I agree! I would definitely use them again.

We had a sump pump malfunction for a rental unit. I called around and was referred to McNamara by 2 different plumbers. The office staff was very friendly and professional as were the guys who came out to fix the pump. They were here in less than an hour and had everything cleaned out and fixed quickly. I contracted with McNamara Pump & Electric to solve the bad-odor problem emanating from my septic tank. They came out and fixed the problem without delay. They were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable as well as reasonable in what they charged. Our tank needed more than cleaning. It needed major repairs and new parts.

I had had our general plumber replace the tank's two pumps a few year's ago when the pumps stopped working. Although McNamara said that they did not use that particular brand of pump, they said the pumps were acceptable and they did not try to sell me new ones.

I was amazed to find that the firm had installed our original septic tank thirty years ago when the house was built! They have been in business for such a long time because they know what they are doing --- and they do their work professionally. I have decided to sign a maintenance contract with them so that my tank will be kept in good running order --- without odor.
