These people serviced the pump only two months ago and now that the neighbor loss power and I asked them to check a red light that won't go off or to give me an idea of how to reset that light, they want $300 to check it. we never had any problems with the pump whenever there was a power outage until now. They are the only ones who have touched the pump. Also, they had given an estimate to install an alarm but now we are discovering we already have an alarm. money hungry and don't care about customer.
