I hired Max to work on replacing a few 3 way switches which I'd normally do myself if it weren't for the sketchy 100 year old non grounded knob and tube wiring in my old victorian which makes me nervous.

He was extremely responsive and showed up exactly on time, did the job quickly and thought through some creative solutions for a future fix. He was confident, polite, and neat.

I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Correctly diagnosed my issue over a description of what was happening. The solution ended up being very simple, but it saved me a bunch of trouble since i was about to schedule a paid appointment with another electrician.

So I technically did not hire Max Electric, but he will be my first choice for any future electrical work.

My washing machine stopped in the middle of a cycle so I tried to reset the breaker but I couldn't get it to work. I found this business on yelp so I called but no answer so I hung up. While I was freaking out wondering what to do next Max called me back. I asked if he could come today and he said yes. In the meantime he asked me all these questions and tried to walk me thru what to look for... and viola, I got the washing machine to work again! He was extremely patience and helpful during the call, and I am SOOOO grateful for that. I will definitely give him my business in the future.

Max was the best electrician I could have hoped for. I needed help diagnosing an electrical issue in my home, and Max came to the rescue. Some highlights:

1. Max was very responsive via Yelp and was able to check out my home's electrical issue within 24 hrs of my sending a request.

2. He was kind and very professional. He wore shoe coverings and was diligent about taking them on and off when he entered and exited my home--which he had to do several times to see what was going on. He communicated every step of the way as he was diagnosing the issue and walked me through how he was troubleshooting, which I appreciated very much!

3. He was thorough and clearly an expert.

Bottom line: Max inspires confidence, gets the job done quickly, is great to work with, and his services are priced fairly.

Max was fantastic! Showed up within hours of making the same-day appointment, and even texted me to say he could be early. Did the job (changing out a dimmer switch and rewiring a rocker switch) very easily. I'm glad I opted for an experienced professional instead of doing this myself - it would have taken me easily 3x longer and I would have gotten something wrong no doubt. Max was very polite, professional and prompt, and I'd have him out to do any future job in a heartbeat.

Max was a true professional and expert in his field. Our ceiling fan needed to be re-wired and attached during a very hot day. Max came within 2 hours, and fixed our issue in under an hour. He had to take the fan completely apart to fix the wiring issue. I mentioned to Max that I also needed my sprinkler timer system looked at and next thing I know he quickly fixed that issue. I could not recommend Max more, very pleasant to work with.

On a Friday evening, our refrigerator repeatedly tripped our circuit breaker, endangering all the food in our refrigerator and freezer. Max answered his phone promptly when we called even though it was outside business hours. He came first thing Saturday morning and fixed our problem (by replacing the circuit breaker) for a reasonable price. We are very happy to have found him and would use him again.
