We recently hired Max Electric for electrical upgrades in our home and were thoroughly impressed. Maksim, who I believe is the owner, came to our home for a free estimate, making the planning process much smoother as we mapped out each project. He followed up the visit with a clear, detailed quote for the work.

The work was performed by two other team members: Raushan and another technician whose name I don't remember. Both were efficient, clean, and showed great respect for our home. They tarped each area to minimize dust and debris, communicated clearly about what they were doing, and left hardly any trace behind.

We had two power outlets installed in the garage, added recessed lighting throughout our home (most in brand new spots, others were conversions from what were previously can lights), and replaced our ceiling fans with modern ones. Everything was completed within the estimated time and cost--no surprises.

What really stood out to us was the pride they took in their work, which is evident in how incredible everything looked when finished. We are so happy with how our home looks post-upgrade that we are already planning future projects with them that we wouldn't have considered before this. Really, just incredible work.

Among all the electricians that reached out for the initial quote, Max were the only ones who reviewed the issue in my notes and offered initial troubleshooting tips and also offered to come by. Initial troubleshooting tips works. Inspections come with a cost and they offered ways to save me those costs for a simple issue.

Shadiness. Quote for a standard heater replacement changed by quite a bit when speaking with different reps. Will the quote change again during/after the service? Not interested in finding out.
Max Electric? Maybe.

We had a clicking sound coming from an electrical box in our garage. Visions of arcing wires & electrical fire in our heads. Max Electric was the only place that could come out today and put our worries at rest. They came in 20 minutes, they were super helpful & friendly. We have some upcoming regular electrical work and will definitely hire them! Turns out it was a remnant of an old low voltage system from years ago that should have been removed a long time ago

I'm a little giddy. I feel like I just found my forever electricians, after years of trying/failing/avoiding.

Rashaun just left -- after a full day of various repairs and installations. For each task, he explained what it would entail... and based on some of those explanations, I adjusted some of my wish list. He pointed out items that I need to consider in the future, but not in a high-pressure way, which I appreciated.

On time, super-efficient, very communicative, and he cleaned up like he had never been here. 10 Full Stars.

Not reasonable price wise. I'm willing to pay, but I'm not a fool. Not going to pay $250 for something that takes less than 15 minutes to fix.
