Mr. Scott has dedicated the last 11 years to serving the City of Tampa. During this period, I have personally observed his work on projects where he served as foreman, and I have encountered no issues with his performance. After passing the Master Examination in 1989, he worked in various municipalities until 1996, when he started his career in Tampa. Mr. Scott has proven to be a reliable and skilled electrician during his time in the area.
