Mr. Scott has been actively engaged in the City of Tampa for the last 11 years. In this timeframe, I have seen him lead projects and have had no concerns regarding his work quality. After passing the Master Examination in 1989, he worked in various municipalities until 1996, when he started his career in Tampa. He has consistently demonstrated his reliability and expertise as an electrician in the region.
