For the past 11 years, Mr. Scott has been working diligently in the City of Tampa. Throughout this time, I have witnessed his leadership on projects and have found his work to be problem-free. He successfully completed the Master Examination in 1989 and worked in other municipalities until 1996, when he focused on the Tampa area. Mr. Scott has established himself as a dependable and knowledgeable electrician throughout his time in the area.
