I recently ordered a Tesla, and I had no real life experience dealing with electricity. The only knowledge I had was through research online, but nothing compares to their experience with this line of work. I was astonished by the speed, the knowledge, the feedback, the cooperation, the friendliness, and the craftsmanship that Bill and Rob did for my house. Out of all of the other companies that I reached out for installation; they had the best installation plan, and the best experience. Bill knew what I wanted without me giving much information to him. I would definitely suggest them for installation of an EV charger.

We highly recommend Matthews Electric for any type of electrical needs. Bill was helpful when we had difficulty with our diy outlet replacement project and replacement of bathroom lighting fixtures. We were so happy with his work we had him back to move a dining room chandelier and replace can light and light switches after repainting. Great service. Friendly personality. Quality work. Wow! Amazing service, quick and reliable!
My sister and I just bought houses in the same neighborhood and she had just got some pendant lights installed over her kitchen counter, and when I saw them I said I want some too, lol!!! She recommended Matthews Electric to me! Called in, and got an appointment within 2 days! They came in and had my pendant lights up within an hour!!! Amazing job!!

Bill and his assistant Rob were right on time, friendly, professional and respectful of our home. We hired them to install two new chandeliers. One in the entry way and one in our formal dining room. They had to move our dining room table to install a new chandelier. They moved the table and all chairs with care and made sure to put everything back when they were finished. They left our home with perfectly hung chandeliers. They took the old chandeliers and boxes of the new ones out to our garage for us. Everything was cleaned up and put back when they left. Very efficient and professional. Will definitely use them again!

If I could give 10+ stars I would! Matthews electric is my go to with all electrical concerns for many years now. Bill is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, prompt and most importantly kind. His work is impeccable. We moved into a new home and he installed multiple lights for us. He made sure everything was perfect. I've never seen someone be so precise, you can tell he is very passionate about his work. He made sure the lights were all even, measured it multiple times and made sure I was happy with them. They look fantastic! Bill also mounted and installed multiple TV's for us and add additional wiring that was needed. We just purchased a Tesla and needed the charger installed ASAP and he came the next day and installed it for us! Just last week our oven stopped working and Bill answered the phone right away and was able to fix it the same day. He was on time and knew immediately what the issue was and was able to resolve it immediately! I refer everyone I know to Matthews electric, they are the best!

Did not show up to estimate. Did not answer phone calls. Calls an hour after appointment time to say they're running late. (Bill) Hung up on after saying time won't work, will look into someone else that's more prompt.

Edit: I did not misunderstand our conversation. I even asked if you would be calling at 9am in which you failed to do so. You then blame the customer for your mistake.
