I had two electrical outlets go out on me, one of them had burn marks around it. I called around but they are the ones that gave me an appointment for the same day. Phil came out and replaced both of them, fixed the wiring and provided a lot of information to me. Prices are reasonable, and was highly satisfied with the service that they provided.

totally unprofessional. set up an appointment for an electrician to come out for an estimate between 4-4:30 today and the guy never shows up or even calls to reschedule. Definately would not recommend or use for any future projects.

in response to you reply, yes we talked about baseball yesterday and you called me this morning asking if you could come by around 9:30am. I told you that I was at work how about later and you said o.k. how about between 4 - 430. I agreed and nobody showed up... I have the phone call in my call log. either way no worries, I will just go through someone else

We had him out for a second opinion on a job that another contractor quoted us big money for. He fixed our problem in under an hour for less than 10% of our first quote. Very honest, very reliable and we were very happy. Will definitely use again. Thank you!

Matthew's electric came out and diagnosed the problem. It wasn't the circuit breaker, but a PG&E problem. I give this company high marks on their customer service, professionalism and workmanship. I recommend.

I contacted Mathew's Electric as he was referred by my long term handyman to be an honest and knowledgeable electrician that had very reasonable hourly rates. Turned out my handyman was absolutely on target with his assessment.
I phoned Mathew's Electric around 11 am last Tuesday, briefly explained to Tina at their office that I had four burned wall sockets which appeared to be fire hazards at one of my rental homes. I found Tina to be over the phone very knowledgeable and understanding. She also immediately arranged an appointment for the field electrician to arrive at the rental home by 3 pm, and on the same day!
Bill,the electrician arrived on time at 3 pm, wasted no time and got right to the problem immediately. He finished the entire job within one hour. My tenants were very happy that he worked so quickly. I am also pleased that Bill was so efficient that his invoiced cost to me was actually much less that the initial estimate. That was a big financial surprise that I never received from any other electrician working on my other rentals. Or even on my own personal residence.
I will definite call first Mathew's Electric in the future whenever it becomes necessary for electrical work.

I called around for estimates and anyone that could respond to my house that day. They not only came within hour I called but were the least expensive. Others were twice as much and would not come that day. He showed up on time and gave me great advice on preventing further issues. I will definitely use them for any other electronical projects I have around my house.

I just like to say, that I was thoroughly please with Bill overall knowledge, and how resolved the problems that I was experiencing at my home. He was such a down to earth guy, totally enjoyed our conversation on various subject. Very impressed with his trouble shooting skills, and how he was able to fix all of my problems. I highly recommend his services, I know I will not hesitate to call him again if I have any other electrical problems. I highly recommend Matthew's electric. Even though it was late on a Sunday, and with short notice, Bill still responded within 15 minutes to my home. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a timely manner and for a very fair price. His concern that my AC wasn't working during the heat wave shows his caring and integrity. I would call him again and highly recommend Matthew's Electric.

Would give zero if I could- called and spoke with them on Saturday to install an outlet on the floor underneath a sectional sofa. Guy said he has an opening on Monday between 8-noon, I took it. He then says he will call me on Sunday to confirm and solidify the time frame which he never called...Monday morning I call into their office and speak to a girl who tells me 9:30-10 ETA. At 9:30 I get a call from Bill who says he can't come until 1 or later now. I tell him the girl mentioned 9:30-10am he became aggressive with me and said ""I was standing right next to her in the office and it's 8-noon"" So now this dude just called me a liar...guess what? , I don't need u or ur company, ur a dime a dozen and with ur attitude ur business will fail. You should learn how to speak to people -especially those who could have given you more business than just the initial work estimated. Thanks for being such a jerk, I went with another company and couldn't be happier. People have voices and word of mouth spreads it's called YELP, hopefully I help someone else avoid what I just went thru. I would avoid this company if you want someone professional.
