This business was sent by my home warranty. Ruben communicate with me as soon as he received the dispatch order. He worked around my crazy work schedule/availability and even accommodated coming on a Friday afternoon! He spent time explaining things to us and answered my 500 questions (ok 20). I felt like I was speaking to a relative.
Id definitely use him/this business outside of my warranty!

After an over 7 day blunder by our home warranty company, they finally got us in touch with Master Electric & Garage Doors. We had a broken spring on our garage door and unfortunately because of the type of mechanism we had, we didn't know about this until we noticed an issue with the door opening and closing.

In comes Alex to save the day! He was very efficient and apologized for the delay caused by the home warranty company. He quickly diagnosed the issue we had as well as made advice regarding the age, wear and tear on the door. While we did have some out of pocket expenses to better help us keep an eye on the mechanical portions of the spring needed, Alex was quick with the work and made it look good as new.

Fast forward about 6 months later, I noticed an issues with the door again. The clamp at the top of the door had come loose. Alex was very quick to respond and remedy the issue for us! Thank you again Alex for all you do, and we look forward to working with you when we plan to replace the door itself!

He came over and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door opener. The circuit board was fried and he quickly and efficiently replaced it. He asked me to send him a video of the problem ahead of time so he knew exactly what was the issue from my video and already had the part purchased and ready with him. Great service. 100% 5 star rating from me. We had a broken spring on our door and filed a claim through our home warranty. Old Republic assigned the work to a provider 100 miles away. That was not going to work for both the assigned provider and us and we circled back for a new vendor and we absolutely lucked out with Alex and Master Electric & Garage Doors.

Alex was onsite within 3 hours of the new claim, fixed the broken spring and educated me on the technical workings of garage door springs and components.
