I had the best experience with the most amazing technician, Ruben. Ruben is a phenominal electrician willing to go beyond the average to give the service you need. Before Ruben, I had 2 previous electric company's come out who failed to properly diagnose the electrical issue. Ruben took the time to actually get on a ladder so that he could properly see what was going on and diagnose the problem to get the repair done. The other 2 company representatives only stood beneath looking up at the fan as though they could mind meld with it for answers. We went through our home warranty because our garage door opener stopped working. Warranty company sent out a company that tried to rip us off, telling us it won't be covered and would be $600 to fix. We asked for a second opinion and thank god we did because Master Garage doors came out and Ruben was awesome. I didn't tell him anything about the prior company. He examined everything and told me the opener gears and logic board were fried and it was covered by warranty. He was honest and super friendly and professional. I eventually told him the other things the other company was saying needed to be fixed and he checked them and said they looked in good working order and no need to replace. He showed up a few days later as planned and put in our new opener and it works great. I will definitely be using this company for any repairs needed in the future. Honest, prompt, and professional.

Previous contractors our home warranty company assigned us over the past few years have been hit and miss. Initially we were given a different contractor and the technician was unable to replace the striped belt. After struggling to get a new belt on, he suggested we needed a new motor. He was adamant that our home warranty would cover it. Well turns out he told them that our garage door had been installed incorrectly, and subsequently home warranty told us that they would now not cover the repair. After a bit of back and forth, they agreed to assign us a new contractor for a second opinion - Master Electric & Garage Door.

Alex was our technician and I can't say enough nice things about him. He was on time, very friendly, and finished the job in about 45 minutes. He also replaced our rail system and lubricated the garage door! After Alex was finished, he showed me everything he did and our garage door works perfectly again!!

On the 3rd around 7pm, my circuit breaker burned up and we were stuck with sleeping overnight in 95!degrees and half of the day today , I put in a service call early in the morning and I got a response from Ruben at Master Electric & Garage door, he came out and solved our issue and diagnosed that the wiring is too small for the circuits that it's going to on the Sub-panel. Friday afternoon, my garage didn't operate anymore!! This is an independent garage, no other entrance! I also charge my car inside the garage!!!
