100% 5 star rating from me. We had a broken spring on our door and filed a claim through our home warranty. Old Republic assigned the work to a provider 100 miles away. That was not going to work for both the assigned provider and us and we circled back for a new vendor and we absolutely lucked out with Alex and Master Electric & Garage Doors.

Alex was onsite within 3 hours of the new claim, fixed the broken spring and educated me on the technical workings of garage door springs and components.

Today Mr. Ruben (electrician) from Master Electric & Garage door saved me a lot of money by fixing the electric meter, electric buss and replacing main breaker instead replacing the whole electric panel which would cost me few thousand dollars . Ruben was more than helpful. I told him the issue I was experiencing. I explained that I had another electrician out that told me I needed an upgraded panel. I could tell he thought the other electrician was full of it but he didn't say anything. He just troubleshooted the issue and found a loose connection in one of the outlets and boom, restored power to the side of the house that was affected in less than 20 mins. Ruben was honest and quick. I'd recommend him to any and everyone. His Karma is good.
