We hired Juan Carlos to do some electrical wiring for a new swim spa that we had purchased. My husband called several times left several voicemails and no response. On the last attempt my husband did get a hold of Juan Carlos we made an appointment for Juan Carlos to come to give us an estimate. He never showed up, never called to let us know he was going to need to reschedule or he was running late. Istarted looking for electricians in my area unbeknownst to me I called Juan Carlos not knowing my husband had already tried setting up an appointment. He was very apologetic then he did come that day and gave us an estimate, I should've trusted my gut instinct that if he was unprofessional and his work ethic was not great to begin with I should not have agreed to go with him. But I live in the high desert so my options are limited. He did do The pre-wiring for my swim spa we had agreed that once my swim spa would be delivered he would come back to finish the wiring as well as set up the electrical for the swim spa. Once I had the date of delivery I immediately called Juan Carlos to make sure he would be available. He agreed on the date he even told me he would be here at 7 AM to get a early start. 730 comes around he still not here so I called him and asked him if he was still coming. He had completely forgotten that we had an appointment for him to complete the job. He again apologized and said he had an appointment at 9 AM and then he would shoot to my house right after. He assured me that he would come today. It is now 11 AM and still no electrician to be seen. I called him to find out his whereabouts and he says that now he is down the hill and doesn't what time he'll be able to make it. He said he would come even if it was late later on in the evening. I have to say I'm very disappointed in his work ethic and reliability I don't know what's wrong with people thinking they can make appointments and not show up. If you don't want the job then don't take it. My time is valuable I did takeoff of work to be here to have all this done this is a lesson learned I hope you listen to your gut as well if they're flaky from the beginning don't hire them to do work for you is very unprofessional very unreliable and not a very good work ethic. I hope this helps someone else not to make the same mistake I did. Now I'm stuck waiting on him to tell me when he can come and finish the job.I would just like for him to return my money so I can find electrician with a better work ethic.

I've used Juan for a couple of jobs now. He was quick to answer and reply via text messages. He provided his ETA and when he arrived prior to walking up to the door. This is especially important in COViD19 times.

He came out to install recessed lighting and a smart switch. Recently I had him install additional smart switches because I didn't have the electrical knowledge to determine they were 4 way switches. He's a local contractor and I would recommend him for your next job. Thanks a lot Juan.

Great service! Main breaker went out. Juan tried helping me reset it over the phone. That didn't work, so he came over & fixed/replaced it. I would definitely recommend to friends & family. I'll be using his service again, if needed.

I have nothing but positive things to say, he was efficient at giving me prices and was able to come and fix my electric issue at hand with no problem at all. It was a simple fix, but he didn't give me a hard time about the fact I had no idea what I'm talking about I would not only highly recommend, but I definitely plan on saving his info for future use. Pricing is consistent with electricians, I have learned to only go with an actual certified electrician from the get go. This is a service where you pay for it done the right way first and that is worth it!

Wow. I called and got a same day appointment. Juan was polite and very professional. He had my improper wiring up and ready to install my floodlight camera. Very reasonable pricing. I am a happy camper. I will definitely use this service again.

Was looking to have 3 LED recessed lights installed in my living room. Called and spoke with JC (owner), he stopped by the same day to look at the job so he could prepare a quote. I got the quote later that night and approved work to proceed. He came out the next day, explained what he would do, and did a quick, clean and professional job. Very friendly, clean (wore a face mask the entire job) and the price was reasonable.
I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to friends and family.

We had an issue with our ev charger tripping the breaker. There was great communication, and on the day of the appt, Juan texted that he was on his way to our house. He was running early and I told him I'd be about 30 minutes behind his getting to us. He said no problem, he would wait for me. Though the problem was obvious, he took the time to troubleshoot the cause, replaced the outlet for the quoted price, and we have had no problems since. Very pleased with the service and quality of the work.
