Fairly impressed with Mars overall. When getting bids for the work, they were the slowest to respond...took until the next day. However, once they did, they were able to schedule time to come out the same day for the repair. Aside from the ability to get the item addressed the same day, I also liked that their diagnostic charge was the lowest. As I thought, the issue was just replacing a fried GFCI outlet. I was a bit shocked at the $225 price tag, but at that point, the thing was already apart, and I needed it fixed, so I had him do it. In the end, I would've liked for it to be less expensive, but he did a good job, and everything works well.

My son came home and found the upstairs hall bathroom faucet just running with no way to turn it off at the sink, below the sink, or at the water main. Called my home warranty and no one could come out till 5 days later! Mars Services responded to my request in minutes and sent a plumber out within hours! Needed all the drains cleaned after the upstairs drains stopped flowing. These folks didn't play games by charging a service fee to show up at look at the job and then quote the repair. They were ready to come out and do the job for the price quoted-and they showed up on time. Will definitely use again.

These guys are amazing! When I spoke with Corey for the first time, he made it a point to get out to my house to look at my issue. He was professional, courteous and made my wife feel at ease while he did his initial inspection. He gave us a great quote and followed up with the information I needed to submit a claim to my insurance company. The tech's he had come out were just as amazing! Joe showed me why we had a leak in our service line, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job on the repair. Both tech's were very conscientious of my yard, cleaned up after and did the job quickly. Much thanks to everyone at Mars! They are my go to plumber now!

I just used Mars to install a lighted cabinet (it needed to be hard wired into the house), they did a great job on installing it and mounting it! (it's 110 lbs!) I highly recommend them!
